The Half n' Half Cafe and Ray Bakery School are a Social Enterprise that is part of the Father Ray Foundation (www.fr-ray.org)
The school has been set up for training persons with disabilities in the culinary art of baking for the purpose of finding employment in the community and leading productive lives. The sales of our products are used to support the operations of this social enterprise.
