  The hotel is nice but in a higher price category. The food is average in the restaurant.

  Rooms are big, so is the swimingpool. I dislikes it because: noisy room, no sound proofing at all, from AC (an airplane) to a mystic air compressor sound (event when AC is Off, I think it is either swimingpool pump or elevator engines), to finally people & buses from outside.
  Breakfast is very various but as nothing is tasty you might feel like choice isn't here at all (and buffet is not well taking care -- no power for 2 days...!!).
  So not the best experience I've done.

  Cheap hotel with bad staff attutide
  We ave big group from Vietnam came and checked in on Dec 13th, GSA staff with bad attutide, wi-fi was terrible, asked GSA He said he don't know. Next morning i continude required wi-fi for my work, she_ GSA with better than attutide support me but she didn't speak English, so lucky had a PA Supervisor translated for her. At 12 noon i called from my room for required toilet paper with 03 times repeated my order, waiting nearly 2 hour nothing to me, i called one more time, after 10 minute the old lady caming.
  Food was ok but egg station should ask guest what kind of cook they like before carred the dislike to guest.
  Managerment should provide service for deserve 4 star.

  Отель понравился тем, что в нем спокойно. Персонал вежлив и приветлив. Убирают в номерах каждый день. Кормят очень хорошо. На крыше бассейн. И с крыши открывается вид на северную часть Патаи. Если ехать отдыхать, то рекомендую этот отель. Отдохнул и дальше в путь по экскурсиям, или на острова.

  Ive stayed at this hotel the twice ive been there,absoloutly fabulous.Good value for money, very clean,food exellent,staff very helpfull,well what more can i say,apart from ill be staying there again when i go back.
  Plus pool on roof with a sauna.grreeaat.
