  About 15-20min (at most 30min) to/fro DMK airport. Situated right next to malls which was convenient. However, the bed was not comfortable, pretty 'springy'. Also, the fridge wasn't cold at all. My two small tubs of yogurt did not manage to survive. The night lights will lit up the toilet as well, the room and toilet was separated by a translucent glass, thus it would make the room bright at night. I had to switch that off manually in the toilet.

  I've only been to the restaurants. All the restaurants are good. International buffet is so-so. Japanese is very good, Vietnamese is very good. Services are very good at all of them. Prices are very reasonable.

  Immaculate accommodation, superb levels of personal service. A beautiful five acre hidden garden with huge pool. Amazing gym and spa. Seven gourmet level restaurants. A great base for a Bangkok holiday break.

  Its a totally different world compared to the surroundings outside! The mall is very well designed and well maintained...easy to find the store you needed. Lots of good restaurants on the top floor.

  Amazing hotel, very helpful staff, superb service and amenities. The breakfast is multi cultural so you can taste a wide variety of delicious different cuisines if you have an adventurous streak in the mornings. Coffee is excellent. The club suites on the 22nd floor are luxurious. Two television sets! Free standing bath tub and a range of toiletries. I would certainly go back there on business or for a holiday. Good value for money

  Great place with good services. The staff is very nice and friendly always helpful. The rooms are very large and clean equipped with flat TV screens, safes and minibar. The restaurants are great and the spa is worth popping in for a massage and different other relaxing options. There is an outdoor pool with a good looking garden and a fitness centre available for the customers. I had a pleasant stay and felt very welcome during my stay here.

  Excellent breakfast buffet! Reserved a standard room and was upgraded to a larger room, with separate living area and bathroom. Location is good for those that want to explore the city since it's nearby train stations. They also offer free shuttle services to markets. Definitely recommended!

  Hotel email booking confirmation with 2 room both King size bed. During checking in told me no king size bed available. After my superior got angry, they quick find a king size bed room for him. It's because i never make a fuse they give me room with 2 single bed.....
  If they can put such trick to a corporate booking, it make me wonder if they still want to countiue do business with us.

  This place is amazing. Located at the center of Bangkok, the mall is located just around the corner. Beautiful rooms, wifi works great, staff is perfect. The breakfast buffet here is beyond incredible with American options and delicious Thai food as well. My favorite hotel! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

  Stayed here several times, rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very nice and helpful. Adequate in-house dining possibilities. Central Plaza mall is around the corner. Will stay here again.

  Great hotel, easily accessible from DMK airport, conveniently situated right beside a shopping center.
  
  This is our third stay here, a majority of the staff are generally very pleasant and friendly; the hotel is quite large and spacious; the rooms - perhaps slightly dated - have always maintained a great standard cleanliness. Being a busy hotel, the big breakfast buffet can get pretty crowded quickly and the check-in/check-out line can "seem" very crowded - however this has never been an issue for us. The staff seem to be able to handle this very efficiently and we have never had to wait to check-in or check-out.
  
  The only tiny issue we encountered on this particular visit is that housekeeping neglected to clean our room, although we passed them on our way out and explicitly told them our room number. The only reason I mention this is because, as a result, we had to call housekeeping when we returned to the room later in the night to ask for bottled water.
  
  Other than this minor point, it has been yet another pleasant stay.

  Stayed here for approximately 4 nights. It's a lovely hotel, very clean with friendly staff. The breakfast options are enormous and all options are tasty. The pool is beautifully situated and well kept. The location of the hotel is close to the subway and also walking distance from Tesco (groceries) and a huge shopping mall.
