If price is not too much a concern, Amari Watergate is the best place to stay if you are looking for a hotel with a great location just opposite platinum shopping mall. It has the newest rooms available, the air-conditioning inside the hotel is always cool no matter what temperature it might be outside. Night markets always available till late even! I visit Bangkok over 4 times a year and Amari Watergate is always my top choice every visit!

The room was moderate-sized, with an understated elegance and contemporary design. Bed was comfy. It reminded me of a Sheraton in the U.S. Fairly standard business class luxury. Some people appreciate the functionality of a more business layout .
I can appreciate it. I like my room to have “a workspace” over a lounge space. While a lounge space looks more fancy, as a solo traveler, I’m not entertaining guests nor am I haven’t a business meeting in my room, so lounge spaces are cute, but useless to me. -

So if you looking for a one of a class hotels, then this is the place. Walking into this hotel was just so amazing. No words can explain how beautiful this hotel is and staff are also very friendly. I can go on for days about the beauty of this hotel but I won't want to spoil it for you so you better book this hotel soon to enjoy its beauty. It is very centralized and there is a huge mall opposite with whatever you can think off at great prices. I would surely say that I spent most of my time in this mall doing my shopping and I think many others did too. So if you looking for a good hotel that close to a shopping mall then this is it.

I was there for the meetings. Overall I think the vibe was friendly. Elegant but not too luxurious. I was impressed by the rooftop party. The food, the band, the scenery. As for the international lunch buffet, I think the food were very various, desserts were alright, but I wouldn't recommend the cake. The transportation was convenient. Like you can walk to the pier across the street, to many bus stops. Also, it's very close to Platinum mall and Central world. If you are looking for a place like this, this might be the one :)

I went there to visit the tailors to tailor make a suit. The services provided by the tailors were all very good. They explain well to you and they won't show you nasty attitude when you tell them that you're not interested. The hotel seems pretty decent. With a nice and clean atmosphere and a huge lobby, this hotel is pretty recommended. Also, for me, those that are not staying in the hotel, the hotel staff also treats me pretty well! Opening the door when I enter and exit :)

Beautiful clean accommodations! Centrally located for shopping and dining. Served the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had. The breakfast alone was worth the hotel stay .

Went there to tailor suits at paul's fashion. A bit more pricey as compared to other shops but service is 👍. Will go back again. 😊

Very nice hotel with great amenities. The breakfast buffet is out if this world! More options than you can possibly try in a week of breakfasts. Nice pool and spa as well. Prices are a bit high for drinks and food compared to what is available elsewhere. Overall great hotel and I would definitely come back.

Great place to stay. Rooms are nice, clean. Staff is friendly...but I think it's because it's Thailand and everyone is nice here. AC is always on, which is great since its so hot and humid outside. Watch your step when you go into the bathrooms however. There's an single (unexpected) step, going down, into the bathroom that's not that noticible.

Couldn’t understand, I asked this lady for salted butter and she said finished. Such a Star class Hotel should do better. Next time take your salted butter with you😜 All in All the breakfast was very good.. Making up the room wax excellent. The room boy was extremely helpful. A pleasant guy called Kang Chaya, very fast to do the room.

Great place to be ....Great amenities...Great services ... Excellent hospitality... Location is like icing on cherry. Buffet breakfast and Lunch is truly international. Simply loved .......

Right in the heart of Bangkok. Good accessibility. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast menu. Building and decor is a bit dated. Otherwise it's a 5.

Great location, close to the central part of Bangkok. Close to the Mega Malls, within walking distance. Our last visit was maybe 2 years ago, lobby changed a little but the rooms looks the same, a little dated but clean. Updating the room would make it perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The main reception lobby is very spacious and clean. Staff are eager to help if you approached them. Room is spacious and clean too. Location couldn't be better, just few mins walk from Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C, Praturnam Market and many other interesting places.

Very nice and clean. Gorgeous hotel. Very strategic location. Within walking distance to Platinum mall, Central World mall, Siam Paragon mall, and many other malls. Easy access to street food, thai massage, etc.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in so far, my room was on the 29th floor and the view was amazing. The breakfast was the best and I loved how they had differentiated sections according to the cuisines, overall, if you can pay for it, its worth the money.

There's this amazing Tailor shop : Newman Exclusive, with the owner named Sam, can't miss him he looks like Vin diesel from Fast and Furious. Anyway amazing shop and amazing service. Third floor in Amari Water gate
