  Very nice and modern family hotel after full re-construction of entire resort with successful whole renovation plan which started from 2005, as I remember..
  (Still a more tower building is under construction which is located at the place where used to be a lobby on past.
  Nobody can find old Amari Orchid resort where used to be traditional Thai style resort on here now.
  I can see the whole renovation of this resort is really great and successful.
  This is one of best hotel in Pattaya area now.
  But the price is raised very much than past.
  Old Amari Orchid resort was the good resort with reasonable price but Amari Pattaya is expensive hotel now..

  Experience renovation of AmariPattaya Hotel, with great hospitality whatever you are expected. Warm welcomes!! They have been renovated pool with a great fun for kids. There is a kids check in with a goodies for redeeming such as ice cream, juice and cookie, Woohoo what a great fun to be fin by our kids. My girls were really enjoy with their activities from kids club to water park pool however, the slider might not to slipper but you could find a great fun with your kids anyway. I have stay in Executive club floor so they were served varieties of cocktails, 🍺 beer, wine 🍷 and 🥃whisky and Hot food were served as well. What a great experience!!!😝✨

  Stayed at the Amari Pattaya for 2 weeks and in that time my family and I had such a great experience. The staff are so friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast assortment was always fresh and had everything you could imagine.
  The kids club was free and our kids 9 and 10 loved it and wanted to go each day as they run a series of activities like craft, treasure hunts, movies, singing, play station and x-box.

  Excellent weekend away from Bangkok. Huge swimming pool, perfect for kids. We stayed here for 3 days and didn't step out of the hotel. Great variety breakfast. During our weekend stay, hotel was very packed. Long queue at breakfast line and long waiting time during dinner, yet it's understandable. Couldn't recommend more for a family with kids who love to be in swimming pool and enjoy big slider. Thanks to friendly hotel staffs from reception, service room, swimming pool and dining room. 🙏

  This is a fully renovated hotel now in the main Ocean wing. The suites are next door in a 7 story building that are being finished as of this writing. I believe a couple floors in that building are open already. This hotel and staff delivers a great quiet hotel stay and a great breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. The room prices are reasonable and you have to try the Amari burger if you stay here. It comes with a side of homemade ketchup which is fantastic for the side of french fries or wedges...

  It's a beautiful hotel with all amenities of a good hotel. It's location is very close to the beach and this makes it a good choice for tourists to stay.
  All staffs are well mannered and very courteous. Breakfast is very delicious.

  Good location with nice view and lovely service always...it was 4th time to stay but noise a bit annoyed at sometime even we knew it. Hope renovating complete soon. But still nice hotel to stay.

  - There’re no 0 or half stars to give here,
  
  - Forgot iPad in room after check out, and it completely disappeared. Without any investigation although being requested. Very unhonest. Manager also doesn’t care to reply mail or message.
  
  - Called buggy to pick up from car park, wait 10mims and it never come
  
  - There’re many hotels to choose around this area. Stay away
  
  - The room look like a cheap condo

  All staff were very friendly and helpful. Junior suite with ocean view was beautifully designed and comfortable for a retreat for two. Well worth the splurge for a five star hotel.

  Easy accessible through local transport. City and ocean view rooms with plenty of space to make you feel special. Property is under renovation therefore some floors/part is locked for guest safety and comfort. Staff is professional and well experienced. Breakfast is average with choice of Thai, Japanese and continental food.

  Beautiful hotel opposite to the Pattaya Beach, the suite facing sea with 180 degree view is breathtaking... But construction site adjoining takes the fun part out of it.

  Good 🏨 hotel. Staffs are good in hospitality. Excellent morning breakfast. Got very good Pub's near by. Good view from the rooms. Walking street around 4km. Savanna 💆 massage near by. If you want to go back to Bangkok by cab please get in touch with the security guard. They get you return cabs at cheaper bhats . Sleep well in the morning and enjoy during the 🌃 night. Hats off to Bia for her excellent services.

  Everything is lovely and the staff is welcoming. They are currently under construction so there is not much to see but when it's finish it will be better than it was before and it sure was great before.

  Wonderful facilities, eclectic selection for breakfast. There appears to be no gym, and also, they are under construction with noise that's so loud even with the windows shut. The view says oceanview but I've been looking over the construction site, not a direct ocean view. Would have been nice if they could make the path to the temporary check in floor more welcoming, as opposed to just seeing temporary walls and the workers walking by.
  Other than that, if renovated, I think this would be an awesome place to stay.

  Great .. big clean rooms with open bathtub right behind the bed. Sort of open bathroom. Not sure if you would like corridors but rest of the things are just fine. Room service takes ages and if you happen to order a toothbrush at 3am .. you probably should get it in an hour.
  
  Location is quite far from Walking Street. Basically this hotel is for people looking for quiet places . I wont call it a value for 💰 money. Rooms are nice but doesn't seem like a 💯% maintained.

  Very nice place hotel with great view..
  Recommend to stay at executive level room. On floor 8th, there is a lounge which serve from morning to night with variety food and drinks. Was there to enjoy my dinner at 5pm with some wine! Great saving and enjoy with quality food and drinks as well as the good service from the servant.

  Hotel on beach road.. Good location.. Sea view is almost negligible.. Rooms needed touching up badly.. Staff is nice and good service.. Nightmare is perpetual queue at breakfast.. Waiting time given 30 minutes.. Went out to eat breakfast inspite of my package with breakfast.. Holiday Inn next door is a better option..
