  This is only the second hotel I've stayed in that was attached to the airport, but it was the best. The distance needed to travel to get from the hotel to the airport is great. The cleanliness was on par with other hotels. It was only an overnight stay for me, so I can't really give too much info. I guess the the real question and and answer would be would I stay there again? Yes, I would.

  The day l checked in just so happened to be my birthday, this was known to the staff by my passport. Just after l was settled in the room there was a knock at the door. Upon opening it there were six or seven members of staff holding a cake and singing Happy Birthday.
  
  Truly amazing.
  
  The hotel is first class with a great breskfast.

  As you might expect, the location is fabulous. Connected directly to terminal via an overhead walkway. The room (Grand Deluxe King Size) was very spacious indeed! It came equipped with a separate bath and shower, along with twin sinks and all the linen you could need. Tea and coffee facilities were available (though I had to hunt for a power outlet). Also available is a safe, TV, desk, etc.. The hotel service was excellent, promptly bringing our bags to the room and advising us about the pool; generally making us feel at home. This is a fantastic hotel if you need a good, solid, comfortable, nights sleep for your flight the next day. Highly recommended. Book well in advance for the best rates!

  Did not get time to experience much, but definitely a great hotel with lovely ambience. The breakfast spread is amazing, the pool is really nice (4ft - 8.5ft). Rooms are nice and comfortable with ample wardrobe space and a safe for precious belongings. Overall I liked my time there.

  NOT A 4 STAR. Expensive. Dirty rooms and rude staff.
  
  Checked in at approximately 9.30pm as we had a flight at 5am next morning.
  
  Took a shower and was absolutely disgusted to see hair from the previous hotel resident scattered at the back of the shower cubicle. Got out of shower and went to reception where I was left waiting 30 minutes to speak to manager (who was sat in the back and only came when I expressed frustration that I had to catch a flight early next morning. Partner had rang reception but they only sent a bell boy up to inspect who could not speak English so was a bit useless
  
  Spoke to a RUDE manager - offered a room change but given that it was now 11am, I declined given my partner was asleep and we had unpacked that evening. Was offered a small discount (10% off next stay) but declined. Like hell would I stay somewhere like here again. Would not give refund or any portion of money back.

  the optimal place for fly out from DMK. contracted with an air conditioned bridge to the terminal. staff is friendly but quite slow for check-in and checkout. big, well furnished rooms.quiet.

  Good for an overnight stay but I wouldn't want to live here. The breakfast buffet was excellent. This is the place to stay if you want a western style hotel and have a plane out the next day. There is a free shuttle between the airports FYI.

  Excellent location, just cross a bridge from the airport and you reach the hotel. Nice place to occupy for a few hours or longer.

  It's a good location of you need the airport or working locally. It is in need of renovation, the hotel staff are attentive, but catering staff seem a little slow to observe and serve.

  The hotel is directly connected to the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have two restaurants. The bar and grill restaurant is good with live music and nice ambience. Overall it is a good stay for a night or two.

  Fantastic location, right next to airport.
  We chose to stay here as we had an overnight lay over on or travel itinerary and needed to be back at the airport early the next morning.
  Rooms are a little old and dated, but clean and comfortable.
  Service was fast and friendly.
  We booked online to have breakfast included however there was some confusion at checkout and they tried charging us again, so unfortunately we left without eating.
  Also our room was in the fifth floor and when it came time to leave for our flight the lift was out of order. Despite being told someone was coming to collect us and our bags nobody arrived for 30 mins.
  Had to walk down the stairs with all of our luggage, so although our night was comfortable our morning left us stressed and uptight.

  Location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is directly connected to Don Muang airport. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi service is avilable. Take ID & password when you check-in. Breakfast is highly recommended. The breakfast consists a lot of kind of food and all of them are very delicious. It is bad that there are no toothbrush, so you should bring your own toothbrush. And, drain of the shower room empties slowly. So please be careful.

  Strong Point is near Don Muang Airport. Room and service is good, Breakfast is Well, In the future (about 2018-2019) is near BTS easy to go to Siam Squire, Paragon, MRT

  Arrived here from the main international airport via free shuttle. Stayed here one night as early flight from the domestic airport. Easy to find entrance. Long walk over bridge to hotel and then down a short escalator. Check in staff very helpful. Room very spacious. Air con a little bit noisy. Great breakfast, plenty of choices.
  
  Would stay here again as very convenient. Only downside was long walk back across bridge in morning with luggage. No trolleys around.
