The entire villa is included. A optional guest house with a upper one bedroom and lower studio apartment can also be rented, when not in use by owners (usually Jan & Feb). The units provide options for groups from 2 guests(1 bedroom) to 10 guests(5 bedrooms). Price can be quoted for these options if requested.
