Hi, it's a nice enough hotel, but very old and not recently renovated, but very clean. The food is okay but very expensive and overcooked to be honest. When we got there they put us in smoking rooms, when we'd requested non smoking, but they did sort us out when we complained about the smell. There was some renovations going on, but no safety signs or warnings. The WiFi is cumbersome to connect and they only give 150MB free per day. They don't allow food from outside on the premises. There's no gym but a nice swimming pool. 2 stars for cleanliness!

Spacious clean rooms. Well servived. Amazing buffet breakfast. Scenic views and poolside cocktails await.

Staff very friendly. Room was spacious. Linen was nice and clean. Good standards for an African country. Breakfast will suit all needs. The bar was empty😱. Dinner at the sister hotel was excellent. Royal Swazi SPA.

Very great hotel in Swaziland. First time I was here was 2013 and it's been my "go to" place for accommodation in Swaziland. Great food, great location, wonderful rooms, friendly staff and a nice pool. They've got a golf course too. ;)

Good place to go for their famous lunch & supper buffet. Delicious Pizza is available and menu exists for ala carte meals.
Casino Gambling facilities also available close by.
Shuttle transport available to take customers to the gambling and casino venue.report this review -

When in Swaziland this is my preferred Hotel,Staff are awesome and very helpful,pizzas are great ,Swazi Man or the Mexican Chill goes well with the local Sibebe beer,

Fine Hotel, nice and spacey rooms with 2 king size beds. No fridge, TV yes. Very beautiful swimmingpool. Good restaurant with nice meals.

Was an overall good stay... excellent service by the staff. It's not a place for ' fault finders ', reason being, it is an old hotel, certain stuff need to be over looked. Needs an upgrade, not that I am finding faults, concerned because of the new five star hotel and convention centre being constructed 500m away... I would recommend Lugogo Sun as a good place to stay. Was an awesome visit to Swaziland.
