Not a very welcoming stay at all for a first timer visiting. The rooms gives you a feel of " Rent the Room by the Hour" although you pay 5 Star Pricing :( The cleaning staff enter your room while having breakfast....and clean out not only your room, but your wallets and jackets too! Not to mention that NO ONE of the staff Greats you!

Elegant self catering rooms, chalets are truly world class, but one must be careful when making bookings as the lodge offers rooms and chalets, their rooms are somehow old fashioned and untidy, but their chalets are world class

I wouldn't make the same mistake twice! Place is filthy, creepy crawlies owned our room. Then for two of the three nights we slept there, we didn't sleep! Some underage party that never ended in the same yard as us kept us awake. Guests who want to sleep basically have to wake up at 3am and negotiate with teenagers to be considerate - security and access control for what? Cleaning ladies shout to each other from one end of the hallway to the other at 5am! Best experience of my stay, was definitely leaving!
