terrible customer service , very rude . We had just wanted to view the property and we were not allowed. The guest house has pets , we were greeted by a dog before we entered.

This guest house has breathtaking views. The rooms are luxurious. But best of all are the staff. They are immensely helpful and kind. I can't recommend this place enough.

Beautiful place. however the lady at the reception is unbelievably rude. I was so disappointed and angry after being treated like dirt by her. Please fix that.

Hotel excelente en la parte alta de la ciudad, con vista al valle. Excelentes instalaciones y un servicio muy bueno. Vistas a la naturaleza increĆbles.
