Come Home to Nature.....
Dombeya Game Reserve is a residential wildlife estate in Swaziland, about 20 min NE of Manzini, off the Mafutseni-Luve Road. It is the perfect place for people who love nature and the solitude of the bushveld.
The Reserve is 330 ha of beautiful rolling hills, distant views of Mliba Mountain, and on clear days, views straight across the country to Mananga Mountain.
All of the plots for sale in Dombeya are full title deed, and there are 18 beautiful home sites in total; prices start at E760,000. Recreation in the Reserve is low impact, and architectural guidelines and management regulations guide development plans for homeowners. There is a competitive monthly levy, and the Dombeya Homeowners' Association is active.
Each of the home sites was carefully chosen to maximize privacy and views, and sites are structured in clusters to maintain plenty of space for walking, cycling and wildlife viewing.
Conservation management activities include: clearing alien and invasive species; protecting indigenous trees and wildlife; and restoring and building dams for aquatic habitat and birdlife.
Wildlife re-introductions began in 2014, and the Reserve is now home to herds of impala, zebra, kudu, nyala, bushbuck, common and red duiker, steenbok, warthog, bushpig, and jackal. Giraffe and common reedbuck will be introduced over the next year. The Reserve is fully game fenced, and there are 24 hour guards. All of the neighbouring properties are also title deed.
Dombeya Game Reserve is a wonderful investment and is a fabulous opportunity to enjoy the bushveld. Listen to herds of zebra at sunrise....take a late afternoon walk to a dam...enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature, from your doorstep.
