What an unpleasant and frustrating experience! The staff seem to be new and unfortunately totally clueless. Despite paying for our order over a month ago, the stock is still not available and there is no indication when the stock will be here. There is no replacement stock – the attitude is basically like it or lump it. I will NEVER buy from them again if I can help it.
