The cabin didn't have hot water and nobody wanted to solve the problem. The continue to book the cabin even though it is not the first time they have this type of complaints.
After almost 2 months nobody refund me (as promised on the day of my departure), nobody even gave me an answer to my e-mail. Bad bad client service, very rude.report this review -
