It was great! I wasn't gassed or shot during my stay! Just don't go to far from the hotel or it may be the last time you will stay here

I enjoyed it thoroughly, was awoken each morning to the sound of Allahu Ackbar and the odd mortar round in the streets. It felt really authentic, the room was comfortable and room service was excellent, although I'd advise anyone travelling there to tip the staff as they wear explosive vests! best not to get on their wrong side.
