Hurricane Irma devastated this resort and the island of St. Maarten nine months ago. The resiliency of the employees and owners of Oyster Bay Beach Resort is apparent wherever you look here at OBBR! It is truly a treat to be among the first returning visitors! As the resort continues to be "healed" it will only be better, and it has always been a sweet place to call "home-away-from-home"!

It's a beautiful resort that's currently being rebuild. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's open for Sunday brunch now which is nice bv Utrecht if you're used Sunday brunches in the us or Aruba or Curaçao then take a step down. However, the food is fresh tasty and plentiful. The selection is limited though.

Dining at the Infinity Restaurant, Oyster Bay Beach Resort was like no other, the food was exquisite, the staff were courteous and friendly and the ambiance was exceptional. I would definitely recommend that you try it for yourself. You won't regret it and you'll get your money's worth.

The rooms and pool are very nice. The beach was a disappointment but luckily there are plenty of others on the island. Lots of restaurants in walking distance of this resort which was nice.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. We reserved a ocean view room in the hotel, but were not given what we had reserved. At first, the hotel room seemed very nice, but many problems occurred. The water in the sinks and showers takes 5 minutes to get warm, there were many small insects in the kitchen, the sheets were dirty, the air conditioner broke down multiple times, the list goes on. All in all this hotel is OK at best.

It's heaven on Earth. Several restaurants on site, gorgeous pool and views, friendly and enthusiastic staff, great for all ages, and the island as a whole is super hospitable.

WONDERFUL!! We were there last week and couldn't be more happy. EVERYTHING was delightful. So many wonderful, helpful staff members, great restaurants, Capt Allan cruise's right at the resort. Beau Beau's was terrific and the staff were super friendly. Alex is my new best friend. We will be back and soon!

Have been coming to Oyster Bay for years. It is everything you could want in a Caribbean resort. Lovely private beach. Fantastic food. Convivial staff. Definitely caters to adults rather than families with children.

This is a great resort. We went for our honeymoon and the staff was very friendly and made our stay memorable. They have a car rental desk on site with cheap cars. Their activities desk also has great recommendations. They have an ATM on site that will give you US dollars. I would stay here again.
