  Absolutely loved this restaurant! I’m pretty picky when it comes to my Italian food and this was so authentic and just delicious. The atmosphere is great. We had 3 different servers checking on us and the owner (who is actually from Italy!) made his way around to each table to check on every one of the patrons. Wonderful wine, great atmosphere, tentative waitstaff and an authentic Italian owner, you’ll definitely want to make this restaurant part of your trip! Molto buono!!

  The only reason this place is getting any stars at all is because I really enjoyed our waitress Emma. She was fantastic and sweet.
  The food: HORRIBLE. I had to send back my lobster bisque(which I never do) bc it was so watery and had 2 small pieces of lobster in it. Saying “pieces” is being generous. She offered me another app instead so I got the Caesar salad. Should be safe, right? WRONG. Soooo salty and tasted like nothing but anchovies. I ate two bites and couldn’t eat anymore. I didn’t want to complain again so I just let it be.
  The Owner/manager: treats his employees like garbage. On three separate occasions I saw him scolding them by grabbing his waitresses by the wrist. You should NEVER touch your employees ever. Especially in such an aggressive way. Made me so uncomfortable. I regret not saying anything to him before leaving. He also yelled at them. One waitress accidentally spilled a little of someone’s drink on the floor and he lost it. What a horrible man! Treat your employees better sir, your customers see EVERYTHING!
  Needless to say, I will never return here.

  If you are looking for Italian when on island dont look further. Izi has great Italian food and the service is good. I tend to recommend this restaurant and always receive good feedback! Give it a try.

  Was visiting St Marten for 11 days, went out to dinner every night, Izi’s was by far the best meal and best service we had on our vacation!! Will be returning!!

  Used to be something special. Food is still ok, but they failed to recognize that successful businesses need to move forward, rather than rest on previous accomplishments and old reviews. Service has suffered and management seems not to care. Skip it.

  Service was great, attentive and warm. Food was equally amazing. They offer a three course meal with a glass wine for two courses and it is pretty tasty. The crab meat appetizer was full with subtle fl it's if the sea that left you wanting more. The lamb mains were scrumptious and cooked exactly as ordered. Finished off with the crème brûlée! If you are in the mood for great food, go here!!

  The food was disappointing and the owner/manager was in a constant state of stress. He was constantly checking his watch, manipulating his staff, physically directing them to complete tasks and moving in and outside that ultimately made everyone at our table uncomfortable and difficult to ignore. I'm not in the restaurant business so it might be safe to assume that he was under tremendous pressure that evening. The modern atmosphere and music was nice, however the food did not justify the prices. Much better food found in different places on the island.

  We had dinner there last night and loved it and the atmosphere is very cool and modern. The staff is very friendly and the menu is great. You can mix and match and create your own pasta dish or they have menu items that you can choose from. The food was great and the bread was the best we had on the island. Highly recommend Izi if you are looking for Italian.

  Izi is an outstanding Italian restaurant. I ordered the vegetable lasagna with a side order of their homemade linguini and meatballs. Both were delicious. You have a choice of sitting inside (with air conditioning) or on the covered porch. The staff is friendly and provide you with a remote to call your waiter or order more bread. Would definitely recommend.

  The food was amazing. On the pricey side, but worth the $$. Our junior server Eli was also good. The floor manager didn't really give us the time of day though, and it was either because we were not a couple with European accents, or because we had a toddler with us. It shall remain a mystery, but lots of other customers got more attention and their food sooner than us; for this reason, we won't be going back.
