  It took more than 50 minutes to resolve an issue with my health insurance. Service agents available and no one attended to me.

  The pharmacy is excellent, but parking is a nightmare. I parked in the back and a security guard harassed me to move the car, following me in a very bad way and making noise with his whistle throughout the parking lot to make me move. Because of people like this, the image of the companies that have premises in this place is damaged! I never want to return and to anyone who comes I recommend going to another branch or ordering their medications online to avoid this very bad experience. I wish the pharmacy would invest in a better location with better parking and security service.

  Visit in February 2023.
  
  Poorly addressed employees, with poor customer service, there was no product available and they gave incomplete and false information about where the branch was where it was available. They even laughed at the clients who asked about things and they (yes, the female employees are the ones with that attitude) saying that this is how they would always tell the clients (in relation to giving directions to the branches). Terrible.
