  Excellent bank, there was a queue to enter but the very kind people let me in due to my disability, once inside they serve you very well and it was pleasant, the procedures once at the cashier are usually fast, friendly people working and a very good bank to save.

  Well, workers are nice but it takes too long to solve each people case so, if you are in a rush it is not for you.
  The employees are friendly and efficient but they take a long time to resolve each situation so if you are in a hurry, it is better to go to another branch.

  Terrible service at the door of the bank, it says that they open at 8 am, not at 9, there you have a bunch of people enduring the sun. If they open at 9, change the sign on the door.

  Terrible service, as in politics they serve their loved ones, they don't care if we have already been waiting for a long time in customer service, it is up to us, the clients should not be like that. They still get up to talk to the person close to them.
  
  Bad, very bad service.

  Pueden cambiar la hora de cierre de los días sábados por que en verdad, uno se esperanza por sacar el dinero y uno no viene temprano por el trabajo. 😬
