  We visited only the restaurant and my rating is only about it. Presentation was very good and that's about everything good I can say about this restaurant. Menu was very limited (e.g. the only salad in the menu was "seasonal salad" - bravo chef - really creative) and very pricey (e.g. chicken main or pasta at about 20 eur). Majority of the food was bland, flavorless and with lack of character. My wife waited 1:15 h for her first and only dish (a fish). Service was polite, but cold and very inattentive - nobody ever came to ask if we need anything and we were on a constant "hunt" for a waiter. There was no set of salt and pepper on the table and we had to first wait for 5 min to catch a passing waiter and then wait some more for him to find possibly the only set in the restaurant. When we asked for paper towels/ tissues we got kitchen paper. Overall very low value for money and great disappointment in comparison with more than dozen restaurants in variety of different price categories (from cheap Chinese to Michelin star restaurant) we visited in central Europe on our tour.

  We went to the restaurant only. The food was perfect (5/5); refined, very nicely presented. Wine selection also very good; their local beer excellent. However, the service was not without fault (3/5). Extremely slow - almost an hour between courses in the tasting menu; more than two hours for the meal for those who ordered other than tasting menu (I know this kind of order is a nightmare for the chef). I guess the kitchen was understaffed, thus unable to deliver the food in acceptable time. When we complained the - otherwise very nice and professional - waiter became very arrogant, instead of apologising for the delay he started blaming us ordering different courses. We left with a bit of bad feeling (despite the excellent food). I do not think it happens often, it was a bad day. Nevertheless, next time in Bled we will give a second try!

  You check into the hotel as a guest and leave as a part of the family. Luka's hospitality was nothing less than first class! The pepper spread is amazing and I recommend spreading it on your eggs. The breakfast area is warm and cozy; I stayed for two hours just admiring the décor. I am already booking my next stay.

  You check into the hotel as a guest and leave as a part of the family. Luka's hospitality was nothing less than first class! The pepper spread is amazing and I recommend to spread on your eggs. The breakfast area is warm and cozy, I stayed for two hours just admiring the décor. I am already booking my next stay.

  great location, lovely service and good size rooms. The reason I'm awarding 4 starts is because the sound travels quite a lot and it was quite noisy in the morning because of neighbours. I recommend trying out their restaurant, great food

  Good Slovenian restaurant. Great atmosphere with prices that match food quality and quantity. Portions are a bit to big for my taste.
  I ordered a black angus steak which was pretty good, but not the best I’ve ever had. Portion was also very big.

  Excellent food. Modern menu using local produce and a great selection of local wines. The staff were fantastic, friendly and gave informed descriptions of the food and suggestions for wine. Highly recommend. The best meal we had in Slovenia.

  Tasty restaurant, I highly recommend you the Degustation menu (45€).
  All the plates are made with fresh and quality products.
  They also have a nice beer made exclusively for this restaurant.
  It's possible it eat at any time, and it's better to make a reservation as this place is usually full.

  Stopped in for a light snack and to see what all the good ratings were about , had the meat and cheese board along with a mushroom soup, everything was excellent, service outstanding. Most of the food and beverages are locally sourced. Ate outside, Alpine atmosphere nicely decorated inside.

  Delicious food served by friendly staff in a tranquil garden setting with musician playing lovely music in the background.
  
  By far the best meals -- I dined there 2 nights in a row -- in Lake Bled.
  
  The reasonable prices makes this place even more special. I highly recommend it.

  Excellent meals and service. We were there twice in 4 days and felt both times it was excellent value for the money. Dishes were amazing. Wait staff was very polite and attentive.
