Doctor comes in 45 mins late. And this isnt the 1st time. We queue up early and hope to see the doctor early so we can get home and rest but no, we have to wait for the doctor. And the staff is very rude as well.

Nothing against this clinic but please do update your opening hours online. It’s not hard to do and it’ll help prevent a few wasted trips. Thanks.

I have been seeing Dr Paul Low since i am 20 ( i am 39 now). Good doctor but let down by the service staff's poor attitude. Charges and fees are not clearly explained prior to consultation (hidden).
Happier switching to another GP but sad to see my usual clinic of almost 20 years turned into a mess. Dr Low if you are reading this, please take a closer look at what your front desk staffs are doing... all the best. -

i had been 2 times, but the diagnosis is not good here, waiting is very much. I had pain in abdomen .. but he didnt gave any medicine, asked to go specialist
