  Briefly, this place is not worth the trouble or money. There's better Japanese food to be had in the area, like Kinsa Sushi at Hillv2.
  
  I get that this is supposed to be some secret little haven for Japanese food lovers. But really it feels more like an afterthought by condo management to make their estate a bit more lively. The interior of the place is dingy in a negligent sort of way, dusty and dim. K pop music throughout lunch, loud enough to be annoying and feel oddly out of place.
  
  Service is pleasant, and attentive enough. Food was also decent but nothing to write home about. The ikura in our ikura sushi appeared a bit slimy and old - unlike the firmer ikura we've experienced elsewhere. Spider maki wasn't tightly wrapped, and some pieces fell apart. They were out of tempura prawns that day - ok if it's off peak but hard to understand if it's a weekend. Mentai yaki salmon was nicely toasted on the outside, but the salmon slices were thin and as a result, overcooked, dry and hard.
  
  All things considered, this is passable but given the ambience of neglect, average food and slightly hard to locate address, you can afford to give this place a hard pass. Guys, you're not gonna impress any girls here.

  Very nice Japanese food and sashimi. I strongly encourage anyone visiting to try out the chef's recommendations. They are really very good. Do prepare to spend a lot as the food there is pricey.
  For anyone going there, it is located inside the Dairy Farm Estate. Follow the directions given by Google.

  Nice place to dine, there is a playground for kids because it is located in a private estate it can be very hard to access the place by vehicle (sometimes the security guard is not there to open the gate) or public transport (you have to walk there) even though nearest mrt is hillview you have to walk about 15 mins to get there

  Amazing place for Japanese food. Hidden jem in the condominium of Diary farm. Free parking for those coming by own transport with ample slots just behind the restaurant. Chat with the security guard to allow entry for non resident.
  Not a convenient place for those coming via public transport less Taxi. Price is reasonable. Service is excellent with friendly staff. Great place for a meal with family and friends. Be prepared for wait during peak hours.

  Had the salmon mentai don, salmon sashimi don, gyoza, and maki.
  
  Overall the location is a big problem. It’s very inconvenient as it’s situated inside a private estate apartment.
  
  The food was quite pricey. 4 piece of gyoza cost $8. But the don was worth it so was the maki. It was delicious.
  
  Overall not bad.

  Inconvenient location. Pricey food court standard meals. Pathetic slices of sashimi on top of cabbages. Mentai maki was ok. I am giving a 1 star because for a FNB they are ignorant and have disregard for food allergies. If your customer inform you in advance of their allergies and make a simple request. I really dont expect a literial "take it of leave it" attitude. Even food court would have accepted my request. Utterly disappointed.

  The food here is okay only and overpriced! What shocked me and my sister the most was the soft shell crab (how I wish I took a photo) it's so pathetic and tiny and they charged 13.80 for it!! Super not worth it!! And the salmon mentai don it's not Japanese rice and the fish is overcooked, hard and the sauce is two different sauce that tasted quite different not sure if it's suppose to be like that! What bearly save the day was the tenryu Maki and we still having second thoughts if it's worth it! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH & NOT GOING AGAIN!!!

  Had dinner here with friends and we all enjoyed the food. The salmon sashimi was very fresh and we liked the mentai maki too.
  We tried the chirashi don, all salmon bento ...
  Thumbs up!!
  Definitely a good place for great Japanese food.

  Very cozy little restaurant with good food. Good value for $$ as GST and service charge is included within the menu prices.
  
  We had sashimi, fried oysters, and the mentai roll. All were very good. Excited to have found a decent Japanese dining option in the neighborhood.

  Food is OK. Sashimi comes in big slices. No service charge and gst which is good. Vehicle has to enter via the North entrance now and its a longer walk to the restaurant. I understand from the condo security that it used to be the South entrance but they changed it due to residents complains. This change is not updated in their website.

  The rice was not Japanese rice. The bentos were pricey for the quality and quantity given. The ambiance was not very good. An ok place to go for dinner.

  Mentai Maki ($17.80)
  They don't go crazy with the sauce here, which I appreciate. It's enough to give some good flavour the at really compliments the salmon.
  
  Chirashi Don ($19.80)
  Quite tasty. Considering there's no GST or service charge here, it's decent. Warm water & warm green tea are served free of charge here (if you're the kind of person who hates paying for drinks).

  It's not too bad, salmon is good. Servings are adequate, price is thus somewhat above average, perhaps because they don't charge (?) gst or service... Hitachino craft beer is on the menu and seating is limited, reservations advised
