Utterly disappointed with Singpost. Engaged them for Speedpost Express Service which is supposed to deliver within 2 hours. There was an option for letter drop-off at Singpost branches. In no instance there was a notice stating that drop-off at Singpost will lead to a one-day delay . It has been more than 24 hours now, and customer service officers and managers are just repeating things that can also be read off the tracking website, and mentioning the case has been sent to the "relevant department" .
SingPost needs to expand their mail box sizes, increase collection frequency, or setup bigger bulk mail boxes in neighborhoods. The bulk mailboxes always gets crammed to the brim before mid day. The potential for theft is there as anyone can reach in to steal the parcels. Mail items can also get damaged as items get squashed due to the bulk of the items inside each sack.
Looking at how the Woodlands office serves an increasingly bigger demography with the expansion of the woodlands, admiralty and marsiling estates, it makes good sense for SingPost to plan ahead to meet increasing demand.
Long waiting time. The Woodlands singpost management should do something to handle this. The person in-charge for collection of passports / IC and one staff out of 2 staff managing the ques cold have helped the "All services counter". I stood in the "All services" que nearly 2 hrs just to collect the register mail. In this 2 hrs I did not see any regular staff.
It was pathetic to see the distressed, tired, irritated looks of the people with kids, very elderly and people with hungry stomach and body pain like me. I have not seen in any Singpost this long waiting time that too just to collect one registered mail.
My EMS parcel was claimed as "delivery attempted" by Singpost on 21/11/17 at 20.40.
However I pretty sure there was someone at home. I didn't receive the notice to collect for the failed attempted so claimed until I chk on the tracking myself. I called them on 23/11 but they were unsure where the parcel is now?
This is not this first time my parcel from overseas recorded as received by Singpost buy cannot trace whom had taken it.
I'm very sure they didn't even attempted the delivery but claimed so.
Reason :
1) Very sure someone was at home at that time n date.
2) There is no failed delivery note to me
3) After 3 days in according to their record if failed attempted claimed. The can't locate where it is now.
4) they are so inefficient n unreliable service.
Super long q , waited more than one and the half hours to collect my parcel . If singpost can’t improve their service let other parcel company handle this
Conveniently located & with PopStation. No need to queue to collect parcels.
Queue can be very long at times especially weekends and weekday afternoons. But service was great though.

Always crowded and long queue. But good they have wed which end late. Mailling box is small. Not sure if parcels will be stolen
Extremely long waiting time, and the staffs are tardy here. Plus, articles untraceable in USA and Canada, where the staff claims tracking available. Once the item is lost, it is extremely hard to file a claim.
Honestly speaking queues maybe long...but the employees there are very friendly and helpful... :)
The mail deposit box so shallow and always full,juz stretch your hand a bit and u can take out the parcel liao
