  Did not deliver package, only to send me an SMS saying delivery failed. Had to call hotline to reschedule, and it's still not delivered. Terrible. Even in covid-19 ninjavan and amazon delivery are flawless, except singpost for some reason

  Was told by a manager at SingPost Jurong Point on 6th March 2020 7:20pm, that you guys don't accept corporate parcels, and we're not allowed to drop off the parcels there. Please clarify, as we're able to do so at SingPost Woodlands and Sembawang(the staffs there have been very helpful). Speedpost parcels are not allowed to drop off at SingPost? Then where? Please clarify. Thank you.

  Had amazing service picking up my passport! Much better than expected. Waited maybe 8 min which was ok I Guess. There are 2 buildings in Jurong Point so make sure you go to the right one with the unit number B1-45

  Dont bother trying to deliver items. Always leave notice Delivery attempt failed - please come to Jurong Point Post Office to collect your item. Horrible service for many years!

  One of the rare post office store that is open almost everytime even during public hols. However some of the service staff are not very friendly
