  A stagnant organization which never improves its service over the years. Not surprising. What incentives does management have? They are happy collecting salaries and doing the same old providing lousy services. Still have to fill in forms using pen and paper instead of using technology. Worse customer experience. Management deserves to be sack.

  Quite ok with the service, sometimes you need to be patient and you got served as soon as possible. More service available, sometimes over crowded and they queue until to next coffee shop. Other than that convenient location and working hours also they working on public holidays.

  First you sign in. Then queue to buy an envelope. Then you walk out. Write address, do packaging on another room. Then you go in again, queue again. This may repeat many times if you have more than one item. Insanity. There is no process whatsoever.

  I never ever give bad reviews unless necessary and was ready to give this place a chance but the staff working here at the General Post are so unfriendly! I greeted them cheerfully but they never reciprocated! I went today when it wasn’t busy.
  
  I’ve been reading of so many cases of lost mail and thankfully mine was intact. $21.40 for retrieval fee is insane and completely unnecessary!! Other courier services make the effort to call me to confirm the unit number / addresses and try their best to have it delivered to us as soon as possible. But here they don’t do that! They made it seem like it was my fault. They tried to justify that I have to pay the retrieval fee as I was inconveniencing the staff!! Terrible customer service. Terrible overall, please improve the system of how you guys do things and maybe you might just get a better reputation. I can’t believe this courier represents Singapore overseas.

  I went down on a Sunday. Very impressed with the staff here. It was a busy day for them and very long queue snaking outside the post office. The lady at the self service section outside the post office (which is very big and spacious by the way) came up to me on her own initiative to ask if I needed help. She even guided me at the self service machine. Later I realised I needed to enter the post office as my parcel was too big, I thought with the long queue, I would wait very long. But it moved very fast and was orderly and well managed. Also, the lady who served me at the counter in the post office was extremely helpful - she found a way to help solve my problem with the parcels I was sending. Very patient and professional service. I saw other counter staff doing the same too. Kudos to all the staff here for their hard work and service excellence! You make a difference to those of us not familiar with how to send parcels. Much appreciated. :)

  SingPost only has 1 job, to deliver and it even fails at doing that. Have an item posted by sender last Thurs and up to today (Friday) still not yet received in my mailbox. It is a shame being our national courier.
  I would avoid at all cost and pay more for a more reliable courier service elsewhere.

  The most horrible post office I have ever experienced in my life. I am rating based on my multiple LIVE CHATS with the site and not the physical post office per se. But overall, it is still the same brand. I have always been a fan of SingPost but after this full month (now 2 months) of LIVE CHATS and follow ups, I am totally torn with disappointment and anger.
  
  1st chat: I was tracking for a lost parcel. Told me to wait for an email to retrieve. When the email is received, retrieval has to be done within a week at this post office, otherwise the parcel will be sent back to wherever they have been keeping all the lost parcels. BTW, there is also a retrieval fee.
  
  2nd chat: Follow up as there is still no email, told me to wait for 1 working week.
  
  3rd chat: Still no emails, Told them about it and expressed my reluctant-ness to pay for retrieval fee if any and they said they have forwarded my case to the superiors. Asked to wait for another 3 working days for the email. Oh, and when I confirm the date with them again they said "Sure."
  
  4th chat: Still no emails. Told them about it and they asked to wait for another 3 working days. This time I have explicitly told them to forward me a receipt for retrieval fee waiving purpose and then only now they said they will ask relevant team to process my request. BTW, they said "Sure." again with a date highlighted for me to expect the EMAIL (which I waited since the 1st chat).
  
  5th chat: 12pm during the 3rd working day mentioned in previous chat. Told me that the parcel is now at the post office but asked to wait again for relevant party to email me because I still haven't receive anything? Oh and they couldn't confirm if there is a waiver for the retrieval as they push the responsibilities around like a ball and said: we already done our part. By 6pm the same day, I received an email stating that my retrieval waiver fee request is now being sent to the right team for consideration and asked me to wait for another 3 working days to see if it is approved. I THOUGHT the request was sent since the 3rd CHAT? My Goodness. I'm utterly speechless.
  
  6th Email/Call: After 6 working days, I replied to their email and asked for a reply since it was way past 3 working days - but to no answer. So I called and they said the retrieval fee is approved for waiving (Thank you!) and told me to wait another 7 working days to get the collection email....
  
  7th Chat: After 6 working days, still no emails or receipt for the waived fee, contact them again through live chat and guess what, they told me I only have 1 more working day to collect before they send back to wherever they keep the lost parcels again. RiDONculous. Told me to check my junk mail and such, do you think I did not do that before contacting? Besides, I can receive other emails from singpost for retrieval request and case number previously, but not a collection receipt? Just admit if you missed out and resend again, I wouldn't be as pissed since I'm already patience enough to wait for 2 freaking months?
  
  PS: I totally regret that I did not screenshot everything because I TRUSTED them. And see where trust gets you at?

  Disappointed!
  They closed at 8pm not 9pm as described in "Singpost centre"
  This just a mall, not the office.
  Wasting time to run here and there just to collect my parcel, and rejected outside the office!
  
  The opening hour is misleading lot of people. Popstation is unclear and not able to use. Hotline nobody pickup and always busy.
  
  Terrible service by singpost stuff at Euros center, the stuff Cheang Chi Win Kelvin just kept telling people here are closed, and call hotline to ask ...
  Even I ask for a paper to leave my contact and things I want to do,and ask them help me process next working day,
  he refused! and ask me come tomorrow.(what?!)
  
  Singpost make a simple thing difficult. Disappointed.

  Plenty of food choices, Carl Jr Burger, UPot (Individual steamboat) etc.
  There is also a Golden Village cinema on the top floor. Oh yes it is also a post office.

  Very nice and well design. Huge and a lot of service staffs. The building is still under construction but their signage is very clear.

  Lovely colonial style Post Office Headquarters, showcasing past to present history in a beautiful modern interior. Still partly under construction for now, but services are available already. Perfect spot for instagram!
