  It had been bad experience to this clinic ,bt i still when there whenever my son is sick ,cause the doc is really gd ,explain every details abt how can i feed my lil ome better or so on .. Bt really had bad experience with the senior clinic asst .. She really rude in her way of responding patient question ,especially when we called up to book appointment ..
  Sometime called many time ,and no one pick up .. Hope the clinic taKe action on their staff attitude ..
  Nice doc put clinic asst so bad..

  I experienced an unpleasant incident here today (Wednesday 7th of February, 2018). My 10-year-old son was so ill, he could not walk. I was carrying him. I mention this because it would have been clear to the staff working the counter during this time. When I entered the clinic at 4.08pm, I was informed the clinic was no longer taking in patients.
  
  I knew she saw my son but still, I pleaded that my son was in a bad way. The counter staff then told me that the last appointment was at 4.15pm. It was only 4.08pm, and I told her so. She replied saying there were "10 more patients waiting" but I only saw 1 other, accompanied by a grandmother, making it a total of 2 people waiting as far as I could see.
  
  The staff was curt and did not suggest alternatives. She could not care less and did not even look at me when she spoke.

  Friendly and caring doctor, but the senior clinic assitance can be very rude.

  Went to the clinic at 4:05pm and was turned away even though closing time is 4:30pm. So unhelpful. Advice to anyone coming would be to avoid coming to the clinic at around 4pm to avoid disappointment. But probably better off finding another doctor.
