We have been working closely with Ken Tay, who is friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. Ken is also very proactive reminding us of deadlines and the next steps.   SOAS was the second company I approached to incorporate my new company in Singapore. My normal approach is always three companies, then carefully analyze / compare and decide.
  David was extremely helpful, transparent and knowledgeable that I decided to do business with SOAS breaking my 3 company routine.
  The first company promised to incorporate my new company in maximum a weeks time with a certain high cost.
  David completed the incorporation him self while I was talking to his Dad that we share the same birth date.
  David and I share very similar visions as far as building our companies in strategic locations world wide.
  I believe that my company's incorporation is just the beginning of a long term business relationship with SOAS.

  They are THE service provider for SMEs who need reliable and value-for-money services for corporate and accounting work.
  Their rates are highly competitive and in certain functions, it is next-to-impossible to find another firm who will do the same work for less money, short of engaging a one-man shop versus their multi-specialist team.
  Their senior executives also provide solid and professional advice, so overall, we have been very satisfied with the experience.

  As a new business owner, it was difficult to get a good grasp of what's essential to stay compliant as a business. David was very patient in explaining these essentials with a simple and easy to understand framework, which I thought was very important in order to make an informed decision about what services to engage SOAS for.   These people are the ultimate professionals. They have prepared the annual documents for our company for several years and there has never been any hitch.   I found SOAS online. Initially I inquired some service providers to set up company in South East Asia. After speaking to all, I found David (owner) of SOAS has the knowledge and expertise and guided us well to reach our goal in our company setup.
  
  SOAS Team then assisted us with the documents required, as well as bank interview, which got approved within days, without us having to have headaches due to documents required.

  I consider myself lucky to have discovered this gem of a corporate service company. We first liaised with them over email, and met at their office a week later. All documents were ready, and even digital agreements for our partner residing overseas to sign. The good folks at SOAS are efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable about all matters pertaining to accounting and corporate matters. Special thanks to David Lau for his advice and great insights!

  I have recommended two of my foreign friends to incorporate their companies in Singapore through SOAS and one of them even did so whilst overseas! I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and level of professionalism of SOAS - the companies were registered within 2 days of signing up through their website and most importantly, at a very very affordable rate!
  
  My friends also took up their Corporate Secretarial services as and their Accounting Services. I'm giving 5 stars for excellent and prompt no-frills services.

  In 2015 I decided to form my own company (Laatloop Global Mining Services) as a Project Management group servicing the world Mining and Infrastructure Industries. I tried Thailand (where I live) and Vietnam but due to corruption was recommended to use Singapore. A Chinese friend headed me to SOAS. I found the process of incorporation was extremely smooth and very professional. Since then SOAS has been responsive to all queries. I would recommend them to anyone looking at Singapore as their base.

  SOAS Mr David Lau is a professional and serious accountant. Be it about our accounts for my Elzeno Advisory or personal tax issues, he has been able to provide very useful help and advice.
