  We usually visit the Pioneer branch, but happened to be in Hougang area when wife needed to see Dr. Dr Ong is patient and very friendly. Thank you. Certainly recommended!

  Good competent and caring team of doctors. Friendly staff. Kids look forward to their trips. Small play corner and always leave with some stickers. Fruit stall encroaching on their space outside .... but good cheap fruits ;)

  Busy clinic, especially in the mornings, but queue management is efficient, so wait not too long. Good doctors running the place.

  A regular here as it has excellent opening hours for all days and insurance coverage. A mini play area for toddlers is available and we had a good doctor (Winston) for today's visit.

  3.5⭐Nice doctors but reception staff are not so friendly. Waiting time can be quite long. First time I waited more than 1hr. 2nd time I waited almost 1hr. Spent abt $200 for 2 visits for the same ailment. No money really cannot consult GP. I will go there again becos of the 2nd doctor who is patient and empathetic. If only it is more affordable.

  I had diarrhoea and a little fever. I asked for 2 days of mc but the doctor gave me only 1 as he thought i "chao keng". I was lost for words when he said "you only need 1" with a straight face. The fee was $36 consultation fee, wtheck. The next day i still felt unwell and because i only had 1 day mc, i had to get another day of mc, and spend $24 on it. It was a waste of money. The doctor could have just listen to me and gave me 2 days mc straight. I am the patient here...

  Receptionist with a really bad attitude. Went there at noon time due to food poisoning and high fever. (Was too weak to get out of bed in the morning as i vomited the entire night) Despite being the first patient there, service was really bad and slow. I asked one of the 2 receptionist nicely if they can hurry up as it was taking really long and i am feeling really unwell. She was really rude and immediately shoot me back, telling me to wait awhile. On top of that, she sound and look very irritated saying i should have went earlier when they were free in the morning. She is really unprofessional and this is by far my only bad experience visiting a clinic.Her attitude is the last thing every patient need.
  
  The other receptionist however, was polite enough to assist me nicely and apologise after i told her,while i was collecting my medication, that i always visit this clinic as the service was usually good, but this time was an exception.

  Brought my father the other day with acute stroke. Dr on duty promptly attended to him and called for ambulance to get him to hospital. Expected to pay for consultation, but it was waived. Thank you very much! Dad is recovering and doing well. Great team of doctors.
