I went to change ownership of my vehicle. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. It was done within 30mins.
Service excellent but not the price for repair and replacement parts.

I love the Forester but the service is always disappointing. Bought the servcing package to give them a chance despite many bad reviews but I must say it is not up to my expectations. Car servicing took more than half a day. Customer service officer is fast to pinpoint your mistake at first sign of minor mods, as if they try to run away from warranty issues.
This is the most professional Subaru service in the Asia!
Wow... In my 25 years of car ownership and 17 cars over that period of time, this is likely the worst service centre I have had the misfortune of visiting.
Process for onboarding new vehicles for servicing is a joke. Staff attitude to customers is nonchalant, rude and abysmal. The appointment booking system is nonsensical and is taken more like an estimate plus minus 1 hour.
Factory recall repair process is horrible and makes the Subaru brand look so bad. I had to make an appt to suit their timing, cover my own transportation to and from the shop and spend about 2 hours just sitting around waiting for God knows what. And the car was returned to me with non functioning electronics and scrapes on the front bumper lip.
The list goes on and on...
Just glad that I am just here for this recall repair and never have to come back again. Icing on the car, as I drove out of the dealership, my in car unit fell off the windshield.....
