Excellence customers service. Service representatives (in particular Mr Vince Yap) are very knowledgeable and helpful. It can out beat Kah Motor(next door) if there is a pantry with coffee/tea and drinking water dispensing machine for waiting customers.
Had great experience at showroom and sales, but shockingly bad service at the service center.
2 hours wait turn into 6 hours (9 am to 3 pm, just imagine that) with no communication from customer rep throughout the entire duration. But these 6 hours was an interesting time, observing at least 2 other customers having equally upsetting service.
Sorry Komoco, your cars are excellent. But for servicing, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Nice guess lounge, while waiting you can watch TV and Have your free flow hot drinks. Friendly and helpful customer service staff especially the Service Manager.
The authorized distributor for Hyundai Car complete with showroom. Harley Davidson is also present here. Nice cosy showroom. But too bad some patrons and staff try to over do themselves by portraying themselves as Hell's Angels. Ain't working.
Bad service attitude provided. Dont bother to waste time there if your new car is already more than 2yrs old. You can always services it at outside private shop, is cheaper faster, probably better service attitude. I bought my new car from komoco, excellent car sales purchase experience but the servicing experiences sucked for the past 2 yrs, if not because the new car insurance is tied down to the servicing part, i would have ran off during the 1st yr of my new car. Last visit permanently but ill still visit my car salesgal. (Btw one star rating given is for the free food provided) one more thing, even if you intend to feedback, it doesnt work, as the servicing side “manager” doesnt really bother with his men in white so nothing can be done to improve. Only way out is to avoid going there to do servicing.
Turn around is abit long. Peace of mind knowing that my ride is well taken care by the experts. The staffs are very courteous & friendly.

General service and repairs are fine. However, one has to wait very long to pick up the car after paying. Be prepared for a long wait just to have the car driven to you.

Bought a car from them on the yr2008. Its been a good car except one occasion when the abs unit broke down and was shocked they need 4k+ to repair them!
Also the second time i change coolant
They only top up water. Since then i change myself.
Would advise them to provide free wash and vacuum for all cars that other agent provides.
Other than that its ok.

When send your car for maintenance, you can wait at the lounge. It is quite conducive. Provide free WIFI and coffee. If you come in the morning for maintenance, free breakfast

Has proper air-conditioned waiting area to wait while you service the car. They provide some free snacks and coffee, newspapers, magazines etc to keep you occupied.

Good staff but very lousy service by the caterer.... They seems to serve the staff first without queuing.. And we spending customer are treated like low class hungry animal by the caterer.

Small showroom but good enough for their model lineup. Professional service but not on the technical aspects on car know-how. Pricing is quite transparent but Korean makes are no longer value for money due to a large chunk of what consumers are paying goes to COE and tax. What does five thousand dollars of difference makes? Crazy open policy for COE price swing in a month could be more than that amount.
