Place was nice as not a lot of people come here and the space is big. The self ordering kiosk was helpful and I did not wait long for my order to come. Food wise was fine as there's nothing wrong with fast food. I wish the sink for washing hands was more visible as I couldn't find it the first time. The staff were friendly and the place is relatively clean. There wasn't any dirty or uncleared tables went I went in to eat. Chairs were placed neatly and layout was good. Place was not squeezy so moving around was a breeze. Will definitely come to this outlet again.

Your typical kfc restaurant, but this one is medium in size. Expect to wait a while for ordering . Estimate about 10mins to queue for order and collect your food. Talking about 'fast' food here lol. Chicken here is kind of dry. One of the more convenient kfc in tampines as it is situated behind the bus interchange however it is not very obvious to find.

Came here for a breakfast date with my darling after such a very long time even though we've passed bye it every time we were at the interchange. We noticed the changes done - an 'upgrade' I presume. Orders are made through the self help kiosk and then one needs to wait for the orders to be prepared. Once all is done, they'll call your numbers accordingly and you collect from over the counter.
I think this is aimed at reducing congestion and customers may find a suitable table at which they can enjoy their feast later. Unfortunately some old folks or non-computer savy customers may find this inconvenient for themselves but there will always be some assistance rendered to these people. -

Had Sze Chuan Chicken for lunch again!!! Numerous times already, can become KFC QC inspector. Today quality not so good, meat was bland and hard plus a couple of clever Minah (birds) flew in to feed. (Problem)
