  I sent my laptop here for repair and I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staffs are. Especially Edmund, he was very prompt in replying my message about quotes and gave me advice on some of the concerns I should think about between repairing and reformat. Indeed, with inforcom around, there's hope in IT industry for quality service and advice.

  Got my laptop fixed at this place. The technician is very responsible and efficient. He kept me update to date on WhatsApp about how my laptop is doing and also provides good suggestion for my laptop. Kudos! Good job to team too for efficient and helpful services! Thank you.

  Very poor after sale service by Edmund, Inforcom @ Funan outlet. Could not provide proper solutions even after paying a hefty sum for a simple hard-disk replacement which could be done at 1/3 the price, with professional help. Yet insisting problems lies with customer. Claim to have installed/migration of software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe... but no where to be found. Much regret patronizing them!! Would rate zero star, if possible.

  Very good repair facility, went in with an urgent repair, the team understood my urgency and started working on it immediatly. Two hours later my computer was returned in perfect working order.

  I found the staff is very helpful. I bought HDMI to VGA but found it faulty and I only went back to the shop after 1 month (bugis branch). The exchange policy is 7 days but the staff is helpful enough to get me a new one and tested to make sure it is working this time.
