  When I first came across HipVan and decided to check out their showroom (before they moved to Suntec), I wasn’t sure about their quality though I’ve to say, I fell in love with many of their furniture.
  
  I decided to go ahead to purchase online the 1.65 m Cadencia Sideboard along with other wall shelves, towels and other accessories, for which not only did I get a discount, the delivery was free and on time.
  
  I was amazed as HipVan is a Singapore-based online furniture store that offers thoughtfully designed, well-made home furnishings at honest prices! My family and I love the sideboard which sits nicely at the living room and it really enhances the wall. Quality is good!
  
  Subsequently, I have made further online purchases and at one of my orders, I spotted the Lencia Marble side table was defective upon delivery, which I contacted HipVan and notified them. Without much queries, HipVan arranged for a new piece to be replaced and it was arranged in a timely manner. As a customer, I think after-sale service is important, and HipVan has done a marvelous job in this area.

  Had a really awesome experience with them. I mistakenly ordered single bed frames so I had to email them and ask what I can do. And just within hours Leo from their team replied to me and helped me on what to do. I was already quite bummed out because the frames would be coming a month later due to the available slots but I tried to asked Leo if it is also possible to get them delivered earlier. Lo and behold now I'm about to get my frames a month earlier. I think I had 5-6 email exchanges with them and they replied promptly and quite friendly everytime. Truly an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

  Service is awesome - counter staff at HipVan Experience Store is always ready to help! Good quality with reasonable prices. If u compare to another company selling the same furniture with a different name, u would realise the price at HipVan is lower! Loving the items so far!

  Brenda and her team at HipVan provided excellent customer service - definitely exceeded my expectations. She was responsive and very professional. There was a colour discrepancy with one of the items, and I was swiftly refunded for that after returning them. Another item was defective, and an exchange was arranged when stock became available. Will definitely be back to order more furniture! Thank you!

  Recently bough a sofa from HipVan and was pleasantly surprised but how top notch their customer service is.
  First, I received an email from the CEO, which is no big deal, but nevertheless pleasing.
  Then, when I had to make some requests, their customer service was very responsive and helpful.
  Did I also mention that the sofa was of good quality and exactly as advertised?
  Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely recommend.

  I order the furniture that I want for my house and it was superb which include the date and time of delivery as well. The delivery was on time while the delivery men was so good and very nice. Highly recommended.

  Recently I have ordered a single bed online but I overlooked and wanted to order one with storage. I email to The HipVan Team and was assisted by Beth. His response was very fast and less than 20 mins, I received his email replied. His assistance was very efficient and fast. He amended my order to a single bed with storage. The bed was delivered at the indicated date and time. The two members took about an hour to assemble the bed. I am thankful to the quick, good and efficient services. Keep up the good services.   one of my hipvan chairs got damaged during use and i emailed their customer service asking for repairs. They attended to my request quickly and attentively and my issue was resolved seamlessly. 5 stars customer service! highly recommend buying from them as it eases the worries from issues with your furniture, knowing they have good customer-centric service.
