  Enquired on an installation service and took the time to take pictures based on their request. They did not bother to reply and I had to follow up twice before getting a lacklustre reply from them saying that they are not able to advise based on the images sent. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.

  Truly wishing them the best in their interactions with future customers. Disappointing how businesses can be so defensive and dishonest in the way matters are handled.

  HRD has a professional team consisting of Raye (Manager), Thann (Site Supervisor) and the general workers. They're very professional and committed to their work.
  Raye is very knowledgeable in home renovation and provide good & sound recommendations.
  Thann is a very committed and trustworthy site supervisor who works very hard with his team to meet deadlines within their means. He is also very helpful and would give good advice when dealing with other service contractors e.g. air-con.
  Overall, I find that HRD is a reliable and professional company which will do their best to meet all work and contract committments.

  Price charged is expensive and for what we paid, we expected better quality and service and more professionalism from the agency. Work was completed not to our satisfaction and the supervisor simply refused to rectify nor offer a discount. As an example, among other works, the glass door to our cabinet was tilting and we asked for it to be fixed. The photo shows the result AFTER the work done. If this was really the best that could be done, then the right thing to do would have been to advise us that a proper fit is not possible and not proceed the work. So, please engage with caution.
  
  Post-script: I see the response that the agency has posted. It shows how it reacts to customer feedback. Is this what you, as a customer, want when you say that you are dissatisfied with service provided and say that their staff are rude? The irony that they call themselves “Professional”!

  They did an excellent job fixing my grandmother's sink cabinet ! Not only did they fix it, Mr Raye, and Mr Thann also cleaned the drawers and replaced the wood out of their own good will for my old folks. My family and I are beyond thankful for it. If you're looking for good craftsmanship, amazing service and wonderful people to employ, I highly recommend HRD Professional Handyman to do the job. Would also like to extend our thanks to Mr Raye, Mr Thann, Ms Ng and Mr Amirul for their quick and responsive communication and service.

  Mr Chen and Mr Armirul were both professional, quick and responsive to the job requested. The requested jobs were to put up IKEA blinds and 10 pictures. All the work was well done and they cleaned up after the job. This is the second time I’ve used this company. Very happy with their service.

  We have used HRD twice since the new year and have been most impressed by their professional and efficient service. From building & replacing a set of kitchen drawers and mounting a new shelf, too replacing a 3 switch electical panel and twin power points, and installing a ceiling light. All done most professionally. The staff are friendly and service orientated. A special mention of Amirul, who was most helpful in assisting us with our queries for further tiling and skirting work. Highly recommended.

  Great job by Mr Amirul & Mr Chen. Engaged their carpentry service to drill back my fallen TV console.The initial identified defect for my TV console looks easy till when the actual job took place. It was a real complex issue.They manage to drill back my TV console successfully. Im really impressed with their professionalism & quality of work. Strongly recommend to others & im planning to engage their service again for the next carpentry work for my flooring. BRAVO Guys! Cheers to HRD handymen who came handy at the right time!

  My kitchen tiles popped and I was looking for handyman services. Compared at least 4 to 5 companies and decided to go with HRD. Raye came for site survey and he is professional, patient and honest.
  
  Initially we thought it’s just simply removing the popped up tiles. However Raye prep us that there’s a probability that the other tiles will start loosening once they start remove the damaged ones, especially when there’s a lot of hollow tiles. He cannot tell us how much will be removed, it will depends on the situation. In the end 3/4 of the tiles were loosen during the removal, so we decided to remove all and replace with vinyl tiles. At the same time, we get them to replace our basin, mixer, toiletries tray, bidet hose, toilet roll holder and assemble one set of Ikea shelf.
  
  Raye also mentioned that their handyman are their own staff hence there will be no sub-contractors. On top of that, they are HDB licensed and BCA registered contractors (important to know if you are going to do flooring works). Jaherul and Muru are the 2 main handyman onsite throughout, Raye will come by to help them before he heads to other jobs. Thanks to other guy who came to help with the cement screed. All works are done in 3 days!
  
  The quoted price is reasonable, after seeing their work, it is really value for money. They will also be doing some works at my in-laws place in the coming weeks. Definitely recommend them and will find them for future works.

  I am not sure if eversince I knew HRD, my parent's residence starts to fall apart (just kidding). In a span of 1 month, I have engaged HRD twice for electrical and general work.
  As I travel often for work, to be able to communicate via whatsapp and execute the entire process via digital communication is extremely convenient.
  I have witnessed the professionalism of HRD staff in-house & on-site, it is unlikely I will look for another company when I need assistance.

  We had a junction box in our office blow a fuse, causing power to go out. HRD Professional responded quickly, and was able to resolve the isssue within the day. They were even willing to work overtime in order to fix the problem. Their electricians and supervisors were professional and experienced.
  All in all, an excellent experience with them.

  Got Handyman to perform some renovation work for my parents' home. Satisfied with the results. Their supervisors, Mr Win and Mr Thanh (hope I spelt their name correctly) were very good during the work duration. Overall, I would say that they are one of the better renovation companies that exist today with knowledgeable workers that does the work fast and proper.
