What a disappointing insurance. You pay for many years and when is the time to cover and help they are backing off. 0 support, bad communication, LOG was issued twice with wrong estimations. Literally joke.
Patient health means nothing to them because my wife is forced to go twice for surgery where in fact they could do it one time and save themselves money. Where is the logic?

Bought a policy with Great Eastern Life from the Bank but subsequently decided to freelook it. Submitted the free look for a few weeks and still didn't receive my payment back. Called Great Eastern customer service and they mentioned that " Because your premium is too high, we need more signatory to approve. Therefore it will take an extra week or more to get the cheque. Ask for exact date of refund but they couldn't provide. Is it right for Great Eastern Sg to hold back customer's premium without paying interest ?? Totally disappointed with Great Eastern Sg and will not ever buy any policy from them anymore.

Great Eastern Centre is a commercial property primarily used for Office rental and sale. Great Eastern Centre is close to Chinatown MRT Station and Clarke Quay MRT Station. It is of 7 mins walk from Raffles Place MRT interchange via Church Street.

Pretty good service. If the waiting time is too long, they serve complimentary coffee/Milo and biscuits/soda crackers. The soda at the waiting area is also rather comfortable. As of Jan 2018, the parking rate is S$1.80 per hour or part thereof, so do time your visits accordingly.

Pathetic service for the Travel Insurance Policy. Firstly they never pick up a call. They seldom reply any email. Its impossible to get it touch with them and elicit a response. Completely unacceptable from a company of this stature.
