  It's a heartland outlet as compared to the bigger stores like sungei kadut. However, the prices are more attractive over here. All you have to do is just to ask for the brand and model. Approachable and professional sales representative here, respectful and comes with good attitude. Just look for Aloysius, he is always there to share his experience and is not pushy. His rapport with his colleagues does helps when you are looking for merchandise out of his purview (A/C). Overall, a wonderful experience!

  Great help and services from Aloysius.
  needed to get appliances for my new home. gave him my requirements and he will do the magic... by getting the lowest price and propose for alternative products which will better suit my unit.

  Mr Aloysius Ong has been a great help during my purchase of air con at Tampines One Branch. He has very good product knowledge and makes it a point to understand my needs before recommending the suitable product. His after sales service is also very good as he gave timely advice and assisted me in warranty registration. It was a very pleasant sales experience.

  Came here looking for a dryer and was served by Glenn, excellent service and he got us a very good deal with the stacking kit. Super happy with the service and the price we pay for our fav brand. Highly recommended.

  My wife and I went to search for home appliances like the fridge, washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. The sales promoters who attended to us were all very friendly and they provided us with very good and informative details about the products.
  Mr. Alan Lee gave us good information about the fridge that we were looking for and we were very satisfied with his service.
  Mr. Kelvin explained about the vacuum cleaner and the operation of the vacuum cleaner well.
  One of the best sales promoter was Mr. William who gave us full details about the various washing machines that were available. He seems one who is very versed with the product and also gave us very detailed explanation of the latest washing machine that was on offer. We were very impressed by his product knowledge and we finally decided to purchase what he recommended.
  On the whole, the experience that we had yesterday was one of those that makes you want to patronise for household products in the future. 👍👍👍

  Dong Mei, a pleasant staff helping my family in so many ways. My family and I were having a tight budget and we were lucky to have met Dong Mei. She introduced me the most worthy and not pricey washer. I am so happy with the purchase. She even come along to give me a little gift to perks my family mood. I really love her attitude and patience with my stroke my mother. She deserve a great compliment for her service!

  Andrew is patient and clear in explaining things. He also shared on how to maximize the current promotions to benefit the purchase. The cashier is friendly as well (sorry forgot to check her name).

  Decent place to find household appliances. Plenty of sales people standing around chatting waiting for customers so finding someone to help you should be easy. Price wise isn't the cheapest

  This is my goto electronics and home electrical appliances shop. The staff here are knowledgeable and not pushy. I am surprised that I actually brought more things here than the other home electronics shops at Tampines Central. So far the experience is good. Keep up the good service and providing quantity products.
