  I recently rented a new condo and encountered bedbugs often at night wasn't sure what to do until one of my friends recommended First Choice Pest Specialist. Had the pleasure of speaking with their business solution manager Samuel. Samuel was patient and professional throughout the conversation in explaining the procedure and measures to be taken, and the pricing was attractive and very reasonable. As it was an urgent case, they came over the next day to rectify the issue. I would highly recommend their services.

  My parent's house has been troubled with signs of termite as we witness peeling paint resembling water damage and wood that sounds hollow when tapped. I was looking through Google reviews on individual pest controls in Singapore and chose First Choice Pest Specialist and decided to give them a call. The salesperson went through the process and prevention measures and explained the cost, and we decided to engage them. Given the job has been completed, the pricing is reasonable and worthy of the quality of work, and the employees were very professional and humble.

  Termite treatment was needed for my house on a weekday, had a chat with their salesperson to fully understand the costing and procedures and they highlighted the earliest date they are able to come over was the next day which is very efficient. The technician came on the next day and explained the situation and the prevention from occurring again. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service-orientated attitude and would highly recommend them.

  I live overseas firsttime , my singapore old house have many bugs so i tried to fix it use First choice pest control.
  They cockroach gel was very good , termite treatment very effective also.
  It was Responsive, helpful and effective treatment !!
