  William was great! I was looking to purchase an external monitor. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpfully explained the different features across the different models. He also was very patient and allowed me to get a real feel of the monitors by testing them with my own laptop.

  William is one of the rare sincere IT sales staff that I have met thus far. He answered all my queries and is able to recommend me a laptop which is suitable for my personal usage.
  He is also very welcoming and does not make you feel pressurized in any way. I felt very comfortable to make a decision at my own pace. A place to drop by for anyone who wants to look for a laptop.
