  If you need to visit this clinic, look for only Dr Hor, she will ask the right question and a good doctor. All others boils my blood, going thru motion when checking. Of course now is flu & cough season but observing my throat from a meter away... Did not even even feel for any swell on my throat. And was having slight fever at 38.4 degree but he used a laser heat detector on my forehead and reply no fever. I should not have bath before going downstairs to the clinic. urghh.

  Worst, profit oriented. Evening appointment. Adjusted my review from 1 to 2 stars because I appreciate the quick response from their HQ to ask for feedback.

  The day time lady doctor is super nice, but for people who have no choice but to go at night, (like me) this clinic is the worse choice ever. Opening hours listed until 9pm but they have a policy of registration closing at 8.45pm, a lesson I learned a few yrs ago harshly. The counter will only repeat one sentence, come back tomorrow.
  
  So when I went again recently and rushed such that I reach before that timing. cutting it close, but I reached at 8.44pm, was utterly shock to be told the doctor ALREADY LEFT.
  
  Hello, is this clinic paying their night time doctors until 8.44pm only? Plus already left probably meant he/she left BEFORE this timing okay? If not, then I think they need to double check what kind of irresponsible staffs they have.

  Very horrible receptionist! Talking so rudely to a patient who was crying and obviously in pain. Won't ever come back here

  My dad had stomach pain and was feeling uncomfortable. With the pain and slow movement (he has mild Parkinson), he walked in to the clinic.
  However, he was greeted by a very rude clinic assistant. She told him clinic is closed. He doesn't speak English, so he asked in Mandarin "Can you check if doctor can see one more patient?" Instead of checking with doctor, the assistant was quick to reply, rudely and fiercely "Dont say one more, two also cannot!" (in chinese).
  My father kept his cool and no choice, he had to go home.
  Look like the assistant is the boss and running the clinic without even checking with the doctor.
