Cupcake Engineer was founded by a real engineer, after finding too many cupcakes in Singapore overly decorated with colouring, fondant and marzipan. At Cupcake Engineer, we engineer our own cupcakes focussing on flavours. We use a very light and airy Swiss Meringue Buttercream to top our cupcakes, each featuring a different cake base to match the cream.
We can work with you to customise the flavour of the cupcake. We can also write any message on your cupcakes. However, as we do not use fondant, marzipan or colouring, we cannot customise the design of the cupcake.
