  Just finished my second facial treatment at Caring Skin Orchard and I am honestly very grateful for Therapist Eva! She took care of me well and very detailed-oriented. Little details like giving me a shoulder massage (WHICH IS REALLY GOOD BTW) and finishing the massage by wiping off the oil and putting baby powder for me, giving me a new face mask after the treatment and giving her best in extracting the blackheads and whiteheads, really really made the experience effortless. I feel so relaxed after the session. Thank you so much Eva! Definitely a gem in Caring Skin. I am definitely looking forward for my next treatment with her.

  I first started visiting Caring Skin 2 years ago as I was finding a facial therapy for my highly sensitive skin. They never fail to take extraordinary care for my skin and my sensitivity have improved so much over the years.
  
  I am also happy to meet my trusted therapist Moon in Caring Skin again. She has been treating my skin since 8 years ago and has amazing memory in remembering all my conditions & concerns. She is such a passionate therapist who possesses high professionalism and always offered genuine advice based on her years of experience.

  I went for a trial facial for acne at the International Building about a week ago. Excellent experience from the second I entered to the time I left. The consultant, Yvonne, was helpful in explaining what was going on with my skin and the recommended treatment for it.
  
  First thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the entire place, followed by the very thoughtful touch of preparing various phone chargers for their customers.
  
  I had a calming and pleasant treatment experience with the aesthetician, Jess. She was really careful when handling my skin (especially the areas that were painful!), for that I am grateful. The extraction did not hurt as much as I had anticipated.
  
  Online customer follow-up by Sarah was pleasant and something I did not expect.
  
  Overall experience thus far has been tremendous. I look forward to my upcoming facials :)

  I never have much luck when comes to having genuine service staff. Caring Skin proves to be different. My journey with Caring Skin was via a recommendation by my sis. She had a pleasant experience and ask me to give it a try.
  
  Back then, I was suffering from Milia (Oil Seeds) all over my forehead and decided to go in for a consultation to see what they have got to share on my condition.
  
  I was greeted with a friendly smile Yvonne but still, I had my reservation. She was patient throughout the whole screening process and share in-depth details on the health of my skin.
  
  At all times, she shows a high level of professionalism with an endearing warmth. Never at any point, she tried to hard-sell me their services, instead, she helped me uncovered the cause of my condition and how to improve from thereafter.
  
  Being sold on her sincerity and knowledge, I decided to take action on these oil seeds. She shared with me the various solutions and what would work best. What I appreciate the most was she giving me space and time to consider and especially patient to answer the silliest of questions.
  
  Next came the extraction. I had no preference for the beautician but she has to know what she is doing. I was introduced to Kathy, my savior.
  
  Wow, I felt bad for her having me as her client. Probably, knowing my oil seeds were bad.
  
  She had an endearing personality which made me felt at ease under her hands. Before proceeding to each step, she would describe the function and how it will lead up to the next step.
  
  The whole facial process was relaxing and informative. I threw Kathy a couple of questions of skincare and she handled it amazingly with such depth. In each session, I learned new tricks to better look after my skin.
  
  The highlight was probably the physical extraction for me. As mentioned, I had loads of oil seeds. Kathy carefully evaluated and shared her plan of how we were going to tackle this.
  
  I will be lying if I said there was no pain. I would describe it as an ant bite. There was hardly any bruising and the downtime was at most 2-3 days. (bear in mind, my oil seeds were lots and require a bit more time).
  
  Now, 6-months in with Caring Skin, it was one of my best life decision. Who doesn’t want healthy skin to boost your confidence a little?
  Can’t wait for my next pampering session. Woohoo!

  Caring Skin has the best service(s) in town. I was never left alone nor did I have to wait long upon my arrival! Angeline was so helpful when we were examining my skin. She was very informative and did not do any hard selling, which to me was a plus point. My aesthetician Eliza was very gentle on my skin and made sure I was very relaxed. The welcome massage was very much needed - I even fell asleep. Extractions were painless. Will definitely ask for Eliza on my next visit. Thank you so much for helping my skins condition ♥️
