  Very Grateful to have chosen to work with Zen in this journey. As I am selling my car Thru another platform, and the need to retain my car plate and the Insurance company I have selected is not under their company usual panel. Despite all that Zen was patience enough to answer to all my queries very promptly and guide me thru it.

  Top notch service from Zen Yang! Came across many good reviews about him and decided to consign my car and also engaged him to do the paperworks for another car that I purchased from a direct seller.
  
  The entire process was worry-free for me as he has been actively liaising with the seller and giving me updates frequently. From applying bank loan to handover was ULTRA fast in only 3 working days, and he even sacrificed his off day on handover date just to make sure I can get my ride within the shortest available time.
  
  Highly recommend anyone to approach him regardless of selling or purchasing a car 👍👍👍

  I went to Car buyers looking to trade in my old car and buying another. I Had a first class service from Zen Yang. His service is top notch. The entire process from viewing the car to the handover was a breeze and smooth sailing. I like that Zen is accommodating and very attention to detail when it comes to grooming and touching up the car. He even managed to spot a defect on the car which I was unable to see and was upfront about it and gave me the assurances that it will be rectified. True enough, it did and I was very impressed. He’s also someone who is very easy to talk to and during the negotiation process, at no point I felt that I was pressured to make a decision. He was also very efficient and also keep me up to date on the progress leading up to the handover of the car. I highly recommend Zen for his friendliness and professionalism to handle your car needs.   5 stars to Zen for his professionalism and friendliness in guiding me throughout the purchase process. He went the extra miles to complete the whole process within a week and even dropped by our place to complete our transaction in a prompt manner as ours is bit more complex. The car was also nicely groomed up before handling over. If you are looking for a dealer who is not pushy, friendly and also ensure good quality and customer service Zen and Car Buyers Automotive is highly recommended.

  Lynn (Hui Qing) is very professional and knows her work very well, especially the financials component.
  
  Was lucky to get my car within 1 week (actually less than that) which is unbelievably efficient in terms of paper work.

  Contacted Bernice from Car Buyer Automotive. Very prompt response from her. Received a reasonable valuation for my "BabyBlackie" shortly. The whole selling process was pleasant. With prompt follow ups from Bernice from the settlement to payment proceedings. Was thoroughly impressed with Bernice Pleasant Personality. Definitely one of the go to sales personnel for prospective buyer.

  First time car buyer. Qing handled my queries promptly, professionally and made it almost a fuss free process. She's extremely good at negotiations and balancing the interests of all parties. She's also one of those rare dealers who will go over and above for the customer. Highly recommend speaking to her if you want to buy/sell your car. Will definitely come back.

  First time going through sales through consignment and it has been the most fuss free and smooth process. Worked with zen and he was professional, well informed about cars and able to provide on-point information to help me with the car sales. He was also very accommodating to my requests and his service was excellent.
  
  For anyone that is considering selling their car, I would strongly recommend you to contact zen of car buyers club a call. Excellent service and best experience. =).

  We met Zen from Car Buyers Club and we were impressed with the service from him. We really recommend looking for Zen when you are at CBC. They deal in new and used cars.
  
  He was very conscientious, answers all our questions in detail and made sure to look out for the best deals for us that was within our budget. Zen went out of the way to make sure we will be able to receive the car much earlier than expected - even to the extent of fitting to our schedules (we work odd hours). He is also very friendly, like a long time friend!
  
  The office was also a beautiful place! Never seen a car showroom and office like that before. Giving off the feeling of being almost like home. All in all, we love our car and the whole experience was just amazing with Zen from CBC. I'll be recommending Zen and CBC to my friends, for sure.
