Great Cafe /restaurant the best baguette & croissants in Singapore on Sat morning - great deal
When we went there the first time for dinner, we had to remind the waitress a few times about our order and generally she wasn’t all that friendly, well actually a little rude.
However, I remembered the food being good so we decided to go back there again, this time for lunch. The service was so much better this time or perhaps the rude waitress wasn’t there.
The food was still superb and lunch was so much relaxing ! Will go back for lunch again!
Great place, awesome french bar, nice food, the restaurant is also 10 m across the road. Great hangout place
only two outside tables and if you dont smoke your stuck. Waitress to pushy. Wine expensive
Great place to have a glass of wine and a bit of nosh after a hard day's work.
Small place good for a quick stop, lot of beef and mutton options if you prefer no chicken at all which is a con.
Cute little cafe that takes you back to Europe! Good wines but not much food.
the cafe design was cool, came her before lunch time so still empty
Really nice french bistro, food is nice, drink menu is good
A hidden gem with a middle section that had a huge skylit that provided an airy, bright ambiance. Reminded me so much of cafes in Paris. Lovely vibes and great croque-madame. I got the smoked salmon tartine which could've been better but the croque-madame was amazing. A great place for dates or brunch with the girls.
Great service, traditional food and feel, good vibe.
They have a tendency to mess up vegetarian orders (2 out of 2 occasions). Otherwise the food is nice. I particularly liked the crusty French country bread. The coffee is quite overpriced for average taste. However, I would rate five starts for the decor and ambience.
French restaurant with United Airline's standard in Singapore.
I was kicked out by their Maître d', a lady in black dress, to make space for a bigger group of diners.
I walked into this restaurant on a Wed night and was brought to a table by the same lady. When I was ready to order, she walked over and asked (more like ordered, actually) me to give up my place to another 3 diners because my friend was not there yet.
Without waiting for my response, she stormed away immediately and sat the 3 ladies beside me.
Then she grabbed my glass and menu and asked me to move to the standing bar. I firmly refused to do so and oh boy, she cut me with a huge eye roll (that’s such a waste of talent in waiting table) and i quote her “Urhh, do you want to start a drama? ... FINE, just stay”.
Apologized that I didn’t record it down for proof, but it was loud and clear that I was sure the other 3 ladies caught it as well.
She succeeded in her plan to move my seat. I was so fed up with her rude attitude and left the place voluntarily.
So just a gentle reminder, always turn on the recording mode of your device when you walk in and be prepared for a one-of-kind service in the world. You may be the next famous Vietnamese Dr, you never know.

Good food, good service.
love it! not too expensive for nice French food and perfect on wednesday for a girls night, cosy with good music.
I ordered an ice latte and it came with sugar. I kindly requested for it to be changed as i am unable to consume sugar for health reasons. The guy behind the machine came to me and said" i am sorry sir but i am unable to change this as it would mean this cup will go to waste. If you would like another cup without sugar, you would have to pay for it." Everything went downhill from here. 5 minutes later, he came back with an ice latte and said" Hi sir, i thought about it and decided it is unfair on you. You are here to enjoy yourself so here's your ice latte without sugar." i guess thats good damage control on his end but it doesn't end there. When he came to take our food order, he had to continue the story and said "i was very hurt when you requested for the drink change as i am a big coffee lover myself. As we are a french restaurant, in France, this is how they do it when they mix the sugar into the coffee." When my friend exclaimed that they use the same beans as his restaurant when the waiters left, the same guy suddenly returned and questioned my friend where his restaurant is located and the name of it. To be honest, this is the worst experience i have had in a long time in Singapore. He was smiling and trying to be friendly, but he should not be so defensive about his coffee. About the coffee, we do not expect high standards as this is more of a restaurant than a coffee joint. The coffee he makes is worst than one out of a machine. (Latte had a 5cm thick foam with no art whatsoever. Ice latte was done by adding warmed milk with foam as well.) I have taken a coffee course myself and was in the F&B industry and so was everyone present at lunch. This is a really unpleasant experience despite his smiling demeanour and trying very hard to argue about things he does not know of.
Greatest selection of French pastis in Singapore and some good wines. Ladies night with free flow of wine during mid-week
A nice slice of France cuisine religion in Singapore! Enjoy a very good selection and of cheese, charcuterie, desserts and wine. Friendly staff in a typical Parisian style bistro. All the ingredients to have a great time!
