It all started with a discovery.

Each and every day, tons of unwanted items and trash are thrown by the general public. Our high standards of living has made buying and throwing excessively part of our daily lives.

Take a closer look and we will realize there's a group of people, who diligently push their trolleys around estates and dumpsters each day, looking out for "gold" we conveniently dispose of. After piling up their trolleys, they head to recycling facilities to exchange their collection for a few pennies.

They are the "Karung Gunis" and elderly waste collectors.

As we strive for societal and economical progress, it is easy for us to neglect people who can't keep up with structural changes in our ever changing society.

Bymakers believes that we can move forward collectively, without leaving the less privileged behind.
