  Mr Chow Chan Siang’s service was impeccable - from products introduction to post delivery gift redemption, he has patiently and very kindly assisted me. To top off that, he has excellent products knowledge, for our comparison based on our own needs. Good natured and trustworthy too! At the start, I went shopping for electronic appliances with so much worries, but he manages to address all my concerns, relieving a lot of stress for me - a first time new home buyer. Would highly recommend his service!

  Thank you Wan for kindly assisting me with my old laptop receipt! I bought my laptop a few years ago and the receipt faded, so I went down to ask whether it was possible to get a new one. He helped me with a smile on his face all the time, even though I was not buying anything. Ultimately I got a new one quickly! Appreciate your help :)

  I was looking around for a monitor and I was approached by Sam Koh. He patiently showed me all the options that meets my needs. He was able to answer all the question I had and gave me all the info about the promotion, gift and discounts. I was able to get the monitor I need at a very good deal, even better than what I can find online. The store does charge extra for home delivery. I was going to carry the monitor home as it wasn't that heavy. Sam offered me a free cart to roll the monitor back home. I was really impressed with the collection, the price, and especially the staff. I will surely recommend anyone who is looking for an appliances or computer to come check them out. Five star, no question.
