  The new Bedok Public Library is located at Heartbeat @ Bedok. There are 2 storey and it is spacious. There is also a kids corner. I really like the new library now.

  This library spans 2 floors of Heartbeat. The air conditioning can be rather cold. Plenty of nice sofa chairs to sit on but these usually get snapped up very fast. Great collection of books too. The programme room is open on weekends and people study inside.

  More of a downgrade than an upgrade compared to the old Bedok Library. Very cramped, not enough space for students and the elderly users to all fully utilise the library. Could have made it bigger and more spacious rather than having so much retail space at Heartbeat. Disappointing public library.

  No power points at study tables. Even if there was a power point, it is padlocked so you can't use it. Nice interior design but from a practical standpoint, it is extremely poor for students who are studying. The old library was better. Can't imagine a newly renovated library which does not have a dedicated study room (learn from Tampines Library pls).

  Slightly smaller than the old library but the new design maximizes the space at best!
  
  A little unsure how the elderly in bedok will like this new modern space design but hope for more friendly staff who will help the elderly out!

  No power points at study tables. Even if there was a power point, it is padlocked so you can't use it. Nice interior design but severely poor practically for students who are studying. The old library was better.

  Singapore never ceases to amaze me, a state of the art local library which is outstanding! Digital book download touch screens with QR codes for the NLB app. Lots of study space for students, areas for casual reading for newspapers etc. Media area for internet access.

  Beautiful new space after moving into the new building. I miss the old Dame but the new furniture and shelves are so pretty. Love the bright ambience and friendly features. Looks like orchard library.
  Bit lazy to have to now go up to the second and third floors. Book drop is on third.

  The library has three levels, and it has a huge collection of reading materials and other e-resources. It is also a good place to study as there is a reading room with power sources for you to charge your laptops. There is also a water cooler beside the toilet. On weekends, you might not be able to find seats in the day. Staff is also very helpful if you require any assistance.

  A bunch of girls from CMP blocked me from gg in to ask the staff regarding some borrowing matters. There seems to be no telephone number to contact them here. Inspire of my leg injuries, they rather let me stand to wait till ten.

  One of the best library in Singapore. 3 levels, has a huge collection of books, perfect for the entire family. It is quiet, spacious and clean. The staff are friendly too!

  Very nice ambience. Lot of space. Have very good collection of book. You can enter here for free and self-learn whatever you want. Have touch screen monitors to read any language newsletter or magazine.
