  I was traveling and try to get my clear plastic boxes (Same size a small luggage) to wrap together. Suprise to me that I get charge the maximum price as Plastic Box is considered as "Odd" item ! Honestly It.cost me as much to wrap it as to the cost of those Plastic Box. Also staff seems to be unprofessional in wrapping the Box.

  Terrible service at a world class airport.
  
  Got charged $25 for a small rectangular paper box as the manager claimed it’s considered odd shape (what’s regular shape if rectangle isn’t? )
  
  The couple in front had 2 bigger gym bags that took 10 mins each to wrap (my box took less than a minute on auto) and got charged $13 each.
  
  When I asked if they could tie a string across so I can hand carry the box instead of carrying it under my arm, the manager first said they do not provide this service and after which said it’s chargeable. I didn’t even bother finding out how much.
  
  Unless it’s a case of emergency, please do not patronize unless you want to be ripped off. Beyond the money, the service attitude was a disgrace too.

  Beware! We arrived at Singapore and wanted to spend a day downtown while waiting for our connection flight to Australia. We found this place as recommended by the airport information point to store our hand luggages. When we arrived at this shop, we walked in and waited at the counter while the present staff was attending another customer. The employee, a Malay female, turned suddenly towards us and requested us to wait outside the shop without any reasons. We did as requested although nothing was stated upon the entrance that we have to wait outside. When it was our turn, we placed our items on the designated counter. The lady started to ask whether we have any laptops as they do not store laptops because of security reasons. I told the lady that this request is ridiculous as we nowadays do travel with electronics. The lady was totally unhappy with this comment and said this is Singapore law and we, as foreigners, have to respect and follow the law. The lady was even ruder to ask us open up all our hand luggages and searched through everything even though she can see that we have only one laptop with us. Well, in what name is she allowed to do this?! If you want to be treated as criminal or terrorist, please proceed to try out their services. Singapore is an interesting country to visit. But with this luggage storage service that is not up to date and request their customers to carry their laptop items to go to downtown for a short visit, well, they totally misunderstood the meaning of providing baggage storage service.

  Too expensive rates, too slow service. Up to last year, baggage storage was handled more efficiently by another company at half the current rates.

  A very Safe keeping of baggage very beautiful and relaxs embience.. very friendly staff they provide bag wrapping service too.. just provide your passport and Flight Itinery to deposit a bag.
