  The room was neat and clea. The food was great but non of the bathrooms contained water sprinkler which is used by muslims/asians

  Great hotel, we arrived on the Artic Circle train from Narvik and found the hotel very welcoming, clean and spacious. We arrived too late to use the sauna, but appreciated the great spread at breakfast. Would recommend the pickled herring!

  I literally got a déjà vu from 1986 when I entered the bathroom located in my single room. Non existing ventilation made me think of a cheap hostel in southern Spain..
  
  If you're still reading I can tell you that everything was clean. Friendly staff that went the extra mile! The breakfast was definitely above average and the location is good. Conclusion. Come here in wintertime.

  Good prices, decent quality rooms and great customer service.
  Came here instead of Savoy and wasn't disappointed.
  Unlike the Savoy, you can open the windows here which prevents the room becoming stuffy.

  Hotel is lovely, staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and contain the necessary equipment and are clean. The breakfast was wonderful (extra points for having a waffle maker, because waffles). The location is great, close to the railway and several landmarks. The centrum is not too far away and has a lot of different options for food and shopping! If there is anything to fault the hotel (and this is really nitpicking), the accessories with the room did not contain any lotion. There were a handful of towels, however, which make up for the lack of lotion!
