  Below the expectations service in terms of quality, communication and response and the online system to follow up on laptop repair status provide false info as well as the SMS notification
  They do many things through Dubai even online testing for laptops which cause more delays and mang spare parts are out of stock including RAAM
  The only good thing is that they are committed to replace the damaged parts under warranty but after many failed trials to repaire them
