  Customer service is very bad.. first of all the staff contains of only 3-4 salesmen. We waited for someone to come. At last we had to go to the cashier and call the salesman. The two stars are just for the things they sale. I'm very disappointed 😔.

  Everything available under one roof be it electronic appliances for household, gas ovens, furniture, crockery, cutlery, home decor or even mobile phones, tablets and laptops . Earlier jubail people have to go to different places and stores to search these basic house hold things. Now they can count on one place only and it's this huge store Eddy in the heart of downtown.
  When they are running sales/discount promotions it become reasonable too as otherwise prices are on high side.
  So if u r an expat who is looking for things to setup the house or if you want to renovate your old house. "Eddy" is the best place to buy.🏡🖼️💻🖨️📱

  Wide variety of electronic products are available . Good ambience , good setup , easy to accessible racks etc. A good place to buy furniture for your TV, wall mountings for TV of different brands, book shelves, dining table, and sofa etc.

  Quality products. Only major problem is that billing section is very slow and has taken 15-20 minutes each time for billing in 3-4 visits each time even though many customers are not in line.
