I experienced the WA Spa, it was great experience: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Massage.
I would like to thank Ms.Harsey the Massage Therapist for her Professional Massage and the Receptionist Ms.Samaher.

Visited the spa for a much needed massage. The facilities are lovely (the gowns ❤️) and the staff is very welcoming, service was great. My masseuse was incredible, gave my body the care that it needed. Highly recommend

I visited the spa for a massage.
The place is really beautiful, the facilities are clean and tidy.

Staff is particular attentive at the details.
The therapist warmly welcomed me and walked me to the changing room explaining me what I had to do.
The massage was really good and the price was honest. She satisfied all my requests.
After the massage she served me a tea in a stunning sea view table.

I loved the UV lamps with hair brushes inside, in order to keep them sanitized.

Small advise : would be great to place deodorant and facial cleanser in the changing rooms/showers

I will definitely come back every time I will be in Jeddah

Rectification after hotel manager contacted me and offered to try and solve this:
While trying to enjoy a relaxing stay in the swimming pool after my pedicure a very long yoga class took place. It annoyed me to listen to their constant ongoing instructions. However I minded my own business. Now a member of that yoga class approached my 75 year old mom (also waiting for her nails to dry after pedicure while drinking her tea) and very rudely told her to shut up. We were disturbing her yoga session. The present staff can tell you we were not shouting. We are soft spoken dignified people. To be spoken to in such a disgusting tone of voice shows ill manner and nothing is done to protect your hotel guests so they feel they are in a safe space. Because it is not a safe environment in the women’s swimming pool / spa area I lodged a complaint. This complaint was then taken seriously. I hope it helps future guests to experience all of the hotel in a positive way.

I used the spa and everything was phenomenal. Even from the phone call when I was booking, everyone is so kind and lovely and welcoming. I had Hershey do a body scrub and a hot stone massage for me and it was so amazing. She is the sweetest angel - made me feel so safe and comfortable and made the experience so lovely. I also got to use the pool, steam room, jacuzzi and sauna and all were perfect. I was given lots of tea and water and fruit. I ended my day with a pedicure and manicure from Michelle with an ocean view, and not only was she amazing at her job but she was so fun to talk to! She gave me lots of recommendations on what to do whilst here in Jeddah and made me smile and laugh lots. If I come back to Jeddah for any reason, it will be to visit this spa again. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

    Outside plenty of roadworks.

There was no staff when we arrived.
No one to take the bags from the taxi car. No one on the reception desk. It was deserted... not a person in reception. It wasn't a 5 start hotel.

then 5 min later finally the reception man comes and he was incredibly rude.

Tried to cancel my booking and leave but he wanted to charge us for full first night stay.

They pump a perfume smell in the aircon in bedrooms and hotel that made breathing uncomfortable. It didn't help my asthma.

We had to go to the Hilton next door to have breakfast as they only served a la carte menu.

Only good things is the room is a good size and bathroom isn't bad. And in morning the morning staff did apologise of behalf of the rude "evening manager" and didn't let us pay for breakfast.

They need to work on there customer service.
    Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.
